For those of us old enough to understand - she didn’t arrive to take over a team on the cusp of greatness as so many of our men’s managers have been lucky to do in the past couple of decades. She came in to a languishing team, with no history or culture of even challenging at the top level - never mind winning. A program with no facilities, no staff - and she built it stone by stone from the ground up. Yes, the owner and the leadership of the club deserve their flowers for getting behind her and putting the resources there for her to build - but that only happened because she was relentless in her belief that this club could be the best and in her pursuit of the resources necessary to achieve it. The reason we are the best team in england bar none - and one of the best few teams in the world - is because Emma believed it could be and didn’t stop until she made it happen. None of this happens without her. Thank you Emma, mission accomplished.

I’ve only started following sport again after many many years of absence. I chose Chelsea because I watched the World Cup last year and jumped on the band wagon as an Aussie and fell in love with the Matildas. I then had to have more. So I chose Chelsea because of Sam Kerr. So this was my first year watching and learning all the Chelsea players and staff. And after only ONE season I’ve got tears in my eyes watching this. I will still follow Chelsea and I will keep an eye of what Emma does with the USA team. She did say that Chelsea have her number if they need her back after the olympics in a different role other than Manager. So the door is still open for her to return in a different capacity.

Well as a Chelsea fan from Indonesia, I give a good respon for the Greatest Chelsea Head Coach Woman Emma Hayes, she's a good person in inside and outside Cobham, she has given trophy tittle for The Blues Women, and she's Chelsea Woman Football Legendary, and now she leaving Chelsea 😔 oh God Chelsea have lost two great coaches who have brought championship titles to Chelsea, namely Thomas Tuchel and Emma Hayes. We as Chelsea fans will always miss you Emma. Thank you for your contribution to Chelsea Football Club Female. if Mr. Roman Abramovich he still took Chelsea as a President Club, maybe the story will be different, Tuchel and Emma will be given a contract extension to continue coaching Chelsea throughout their coaching career 😔 The Proud of West London it seems like The Proud of Emma Hayes 💙

I have commented a fair bit on US soccer channels this last year, saying that I hope they let Emma make football ⚽️ something for kids of all backgrounds, not just look at results from day one. This would be something they would benefit most from and something I believe her capable of achieving. I hope she gets the chance to fix the issues they have faced recently by the next World Cup and does as well as possible in the Olympics, though I will be shouting for the Commonwealth countries.
