I have two Timney triggers and I don’t have any issues in my 19.3 with ported barrel and glock 45 both extremely Gucci’d out no issues with over 1000 rounds in both might be improper install of the trigger or the connector isn’t set correctly, also might need to play around with different recoil springs to get it right, keep it up!

Try a steel city arsenal trigger.. you will love it promise! I have a similar set up minus the dot. Running a stock recoil spring with the after burner..

I had a similar problem with a modified G17..It turned out to be too light striker spring. Put back the OEM striker spring and then t ran well.

I definitely want that Sig. My everyday carry is the 43x MOS. I got other options of course. Guns are like Pringles.

Nice build, pretty sure your light primer strike issue is the Timney trigger, seems like it doesn't pull the striker far back enough to hit the primer with authority like the oem trigger crusiform, cool video's by the way 😎

I had issues with my Timmeny trigger (Alpha Glock 5) it was worse than yours mine wouldn’t reset. I ended up going with a Apex drop in (trigger shoe and polished trigger bar) with a 3.5lb SSR Connector it’s the side bar on the trigger housing it’s a very reliable set up. Check that combo out. And some comps don’t like certain ammo so it won’t cycle properly I have a PMM single port and it will not cycle correctly with lower powered ammo due to the comp robbing so much of the cycling gas pressure. Love the content tho y’all boys killing it! Keep it up!

Timney triggers are known for having light primer strikes, all internal springs should remain stock OEM. See if that works🤙🏽

That barrel is something else... I need to start saving for that $400 barrel/comp.

It’s the lighter recoil spring, that’s why it keeps jamming/stopping like that.

Only glock I had a little problem with stove piping out the box was my glock 30 gen 4, had to polish the feed ramp a bit and now its perfection! 🔥💯🔫🙏 Your glock 19 fire tho my guy! 💯🔥🔫

I think once you work them kinks out that thing gone run flawlessly just keep working with it bro don’t give up on them glitz

And let me tell you about those light primer strikes. Get you a new spring. The spring you got is weak. And then get you a 14lb spring it will cycle faster and shoot flatter trust me

I already know this, I mentioned it when I did my custom Glock video.

Get a Ranger Proof Gear trigger with a polished OEM bar and connector. I’m running the same barrel and comp with no issues.

You guys are putting in work I honestly just subbed to O.B but I’m loving the updates yall never seem to drop on the same day but drop everyday💪🏾But about the EDC bro.. Get rid of that Timney Trigger and go with Zev bro.. Zev, Apex and Taran Tactical has the best aftermarket trigger reviews

Gen 5 triggers are ok.. Definitely usable.. I do put a flat shoe only on my glocks.. Usually overwatch precision polydat shoe.. Rest internals stock n polished.. The biggest thing with a stock glock is the shit sights... As for the glocks in vid I'd he had it right at the end... Go back to a stock trigger pack. Polish it up (connector, cruciform vertical extension, and saftey plunger. If u cool with stripping it all down. Basically 25cent trigger job lol.. Then add the Overwatch precision polydat flat trigger shoe.. Just the shoe not shoe and bar.. Its only 45 bux.. And it is duty approved so safe and reliable.

I think the jamming is due to the comp. I have a apex trigger which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND but I also had a different aftermarket recoil spring and that was causing my jams. I put the oem spring back in and it runs with no problems

With the comp from what I’ve seen with the radian it should run whatever ammo you put through it so it’s kinda odd it’s having the problem. Maybe running 124gr

I’m not sure if it’s the same with the Glock 19 but you may want to check your red dot mounting screw and make sure it’s not pressing on the ejector. Also if you changed your firing pin I’d change it back to oem.

At the end, to me i set my dot to the way i shoot so to someone else it might be off because i shoot left and a little high. Others might shoot right and low or left and low so i think a dot is personal on a pistol.

Apex tactical triggers are really good I have one on my edc has no problems and is really smooth

Strike a fire spring replaced it and you fix the problem

Ditch the Timmey trigger. a lot of problems, but they can be fixed with fine tuning and break in. but not worth the money.

Timney trigger has a weird issue with light primer strike it has something to do with the striker hitting something inside slowing down the striker I can send you a picture of what needs to be polished and it should help

Don't give up and go back to stock trigger be bold and adventurous you might discover a great combination for that glock

U have to adjust the take up to fix the light strikes and the getting hanged up when u pull the trigger I had same problem did that and everything was a float it’s not the trigger I’m telling u

It may need a heavier striker spring and new striker. The trigger wouldn’t make it have light primer strikes.

yes it would... its not the literal trigger we are talking about but the whole trigger assembly which is what eventually makes the striker hit the primer so yeah if your trigger is light and you dont get that full primer stirke thats a light primer strike lolz

i edc a glock 19 with that same timney trigger pmm compensator and tungsten guide rod runs flawlessly thats weird your having problems with the trigger have your tried running it with the factory barrel and recoil spring? they can also cause problems
