After watching many videos on the 750 decided to buy one. I was looking at a used Tuono but really wanted to experience a true sport bike since my previous bikes were naked Triumphs. I picked it up last week and it is a beautiful bike. Still have to get used to the ergonomics and gearing but the seat height does make it a pleasure to ride since I'm just over 5'4". It is a little tougher doing slow speed drills because of the hand position but I'll get better with more practice. Thanks for sharing your experience with the bike.

You’re welcome. I suggest buying some adjustable clip ons and raising them a bit. Also, slow speed drills require a lot more counter balance rather than counter steer. I know it’s hard to keep in mind, but try to remember that simple technique!

Glad the front end is sorted now. Owner of a Kawasaki Z 750 myself, I love the versatility of this naked bike with the power and rideability it gives. Suspension is sporty but not like harsh, good ergo's and the bigger inline 4 with a bit higher torque from mid to high compared to 600-650's makes it a great ride for commuting or spirited riding. I do think and agree that 750's are a class on it's own.

Hey, the line next to the C46 code is at the upper part of the text which means your TPS is unbalanced. It's an easy fix you just pullup the code again and adjust the Throttle Position Sensor under the gas tank until the line moves into the middle. Should look like " --C46 "
@RI6IX756 ай бұрын
Tried to look through comments to not be repeating anyone but please keep your tire pressure at what the manual says and for most 600-750s that is 36-38 psi front and 38-40 rear. But check your swing arm my 06 CBR 1000 said 38psi front and 42 psi rear. So please check and make sure your setting them right. Keeps tires longer and in better shape. It's also the reason it doesn't feel flickable, the tire shape is too squishy.
@oliverlewin38913 ай бұрын
when you got the c46 code up i noticed your throttle position sensor line was at the top, this will over fuel on over run as its telling the brain the throttle is open when its closed. next video adjusting the throttle position sensor. great vid as always

It mostly comes down to how well the bike is maintained, just as it is for any bike. These bikes are very reliable, when well maintained. Cheap out and buy a clapped out bike and you’ll have clapped out bike problems. Spend a little more and buy a well maintained bike and you won’t. Ends up saving you money and hassle in the long run. Also remember clapped out bikes and fixing their problems make for a better videos than well maintained bikes with no issues.

The lack of fuel gauge is not a problem. Just reset trip meter when you fill up to have an idea where your at. The low fuel light starts blinking when you have about a gallon left and stays on when your getting really low. But check your swing arm my 06 CBR 1000 said 38psi front and 42 psi rear. So please check and make sure your setting them right. Keeps tires longer and in better shape. It's also the reason it doesn't feel flickable, the tire shape is too squishy.
when you got the c46 code up i noticed your throttle position sensor line was at the top, this will over fuel on over run as its telling the brain the throttle is open when its closed. next video adjusting the throttle position sensor. great vid as always
Vibration in the front end. .. in order tire balance....wheel bearing ..steering head bearings.
have not rode in 5+ years, have had 2 gsxr 600s, but somehow have got bit by the bug again. when a brand new 600 is like 10k and a used one is around 7-8 grand, its so tempting to buy a new one. love the new black with blue highlight color scheme.
My key did that on my 400 when I first got it. I read that just spraying a bunch of wd40 into the keyhole helps so I tried it. Worked great
I don't know about ya'll but i think someone found his way home again.. Welcome Home Brother!
I agree. Middle weights are where it’s at. 🏍️
I have a gsxs 750z and I've replaced bearings constantly brake discs rear shocks currently replacing head bearings. I got all balls hopefully good.
C46 is the Exhaust set valve. Just cut Wire 30 on the Black ECU harness and no more code.
Love this bike and the colors. Hope if you do get it painted its the same color. Stick with the factory plastics they just look better to me. But everyone has there own flavor.
Just finished watching,a bangerrrrrr video like,love how u were calling the bike beutiful yet proceeds to talk bad about them😂😂😂
Adobo, what mic setup are you using, plus are you also using an additional around the bike somewhere? Sound is always good, on god no cap fam. Also, how can I become a member? Happy as to support! Love your content.
You can bypass the clutch pull in to start there are two pins under the leaver just need to bypass them
The ignition on my SV650 has been getting stuck too. I think it's because of the rain. Graphite lock lube helped.
Keep it up brude!
I got a 2012 gsxr600 and love it!!
I am a looking at a cbr600 it's a older version like 1991 xD but it will get me on the road right away, it looks good so far but I will have to double check on everything you might be the reason I am going to try on a supersport.
My ninja 300 did the same thing when I let go of the handle bars the steering wobble like crazy could never figure out what was wrong with it
already got my keytag it came fast! just waiting to get money so i can take msf course and hopefully get a ninja400
I thought the opposite Kawasaki's paint sucked, but Suzuki's looked good.
If you were on my '23 ZX10R, you'd never get out of 1st/2nd around town. It does about 100 in first.... so the tall gear makes it easy to cruise around town. I'll bring my bike up to Seattle sometime this summer to do some fun riding and meet up with some of my 2 wheel homies.

hey man, im looking to buy one K7 GSXR 750, but the guy says it has a strange sound like a slap or a cam chain, but for 1850 USD? is it a good buy?
Finally live!!!
Hey man so when you checked the code that line beside the C should be in the middle, your throttle position sensor is off doesn't take much just loosen the screws and move it very slightly you will see the line go up and down

What did he mean by only a gsxr u can go backwards? I’ve only ridden a gsxr. Other bikes can’t go backwards on neutral? Confused
Man, that check engine light would annoy the shit outa me! lol
I am thorn about NINJAa 650 or a GXR?
Those cargo nets are handy and cheap.

Ensure the throttle F1 code is reading -C 000 or the bike won't run properly
There’s a trick to turning the gixxer key on. I push the key towards the throttle and then turn. Works every time never have to fight it. Try it. Would love to see it on a video

My best friend has a gsxr, he told me not to worry about the check engine light. Is just a reminder to the squids that the engine is acc turned on
How fast it can go
Were you going to give it a "Coolant flush" or a "Colon Flush"...?? I kinda missed that part...haha
I dont get what you mean by cold start?? Dont all engines cokd start?
@adobomoto Invest in some Techspec tank grips they helps a ton with sliding on the seat and gripping the bike better. I noticed it helped me the most when I would ride with my girlfriend and every time I slowed down the extra weight would push my crotch into the tank a lil more than I wanted.
Mariachi music is better than the elevator music was 😂

It mostly comes down to how well the bike is maintained, just as it is for any bike. These bikes are very reliable, when well maintained. Cheap out and buy a clapped out bike and you’ll have clapped out bike problems. Spend a little more and buy a well maintained bike and you won’t. Ends up saving you money and hassle in the long run. Also remember clapped out bikes and fixing their problems make for a better videos than well maintained bikes with no issues.

Had a K6 600 for about three years. Bought brand new. NEVER had a single issue. Had a professional shop do the standard maintenance (no Mickey mouse stuff.) All until it was taken out by a STOP sign runner. RIP. Miss that bike. I think it was the BEST body style, until they changed it in ‘08 I believe.
I really want to see him on a BUSAAA!!!!!
does it have a steering damper ? should have one stock
@marcellon2003
6 ай бұрын
it does, it's visible on the 3rd ride he takes on this video @ around the 21 minute mark. It's not the greatest steering damper though, I would throw an aftermarket one in there
Was there any particular sequence you did to seat the front wheel correctly? I have the 600 and I'm constantly fighting to keep it in a straight line. Feels unstable through corners too. Like im gonna lose traction on the front. I've read so many forums on how to seat the front but can't get it. Maybe the rear but I'm pretty sure it's not. Just recently installed new damper and it made it so much more noticeable. Apreciate any help.

I would check your front suspension. Sounds like you may have too much preload up front. Get some help from a pro to set up your sag and dial in the compression and rebound.
@loumccomb85

ETA: make sure you have the proper spacers installed in the correct manner. A service manual will show you the proper way to install the front wheel/tire. Good luck!
@loftyintentions1985

@@loumccomb85 I set SAG myself but have preload fairly soft as the roads where I'm from are pretty bad. Compression is a little stiffer than medium setting and rebound is soft but not soft to the point where the front is bouncing. Forks compress, pop back up and just settle. Yeah I probably should have started with the service manual🤦🏻♂️ Thanks for the tips.

Yeah, it’s in the manual. There’s a proper way to seat the front wheel with the forks.

@@adobomoto all the forums were saying to start with the right pinch bolts but I think they said that as they're looking at the bike from the front so it would actually be the left side of the bike, which is what it says in the Haynes manual.
Welp there's a saying " its ethier you die a hero or live long enough to become a gixxer rider."
@4:29 sounding like Chris Griffin lmao
the plastic tab you showed is too small for the bottom of the belly pan. get the larger ones from oem. theyre honestly great and easy to remove and they dont break easily. those factory plastics with the tank should stay tho. oem colorssss are best
I'd be down to try a 750.... but I'm not overly excited about a Suzukii. If BMW or Ducati or even Kawasaki built it - I'd love to give it a try.

What's wrong with Suzuki? They're one of the best of the Japanese for sportbikes
I can't believe the power output for the weight. I'm going to try one this year and see how it compares to the old yzf600. I just have to wait for someone to really f**k one up, lose the title and sell it for 600 bucks out of desperation.😆
The shaking you getting could be that the rivets on the floating rotor need servicing
@adobomoto

I wasn't braking, I don't see how that would affect floating rotors. but that's a good idea
@GodLike_1

@adobomoto if the rotors isn't floating as it should and is partially stuck it can cause vibrations, not heavy vibrations but just enough for you to feel it
They really should. Personally, triumph is one of my favorite brands. They should make a 765 or 850 engine. Make it into a sport bike. I feel like they really miss the mark with the 660.
How do u join ur community I want to join but don’t know how to
Agreed with the 750cc. Currently have a 600 gsxr but want something bigger. But i think the 1000's are to big for a second bike. Would love a bmw s750rr or a yamaha 750cc. But only option is suzuki (unfortunately)

did you end up selling this?
I really would love a GSXR but HATE that front end! Also don't like they still don't have a fuel gauge. I would LOVE either a 600 or 750 but again Suzuki needs to step up their game. Honestly, I wouldn't care if they didn't update their engines as long as they fix those 2 things
@knievel8727

The lack of fuel gauge is not a problem. Just reset trip meter when you fill up to have an idea where your at. The low fuel light starts blinking when you have about a gallon left and stays on when your getting really low. You can also look at the reserve trip meter which resets when the low fuel light comes on to see how far you gone since the light came on.
