If you ever want to make greasing pans and drizzling oil on things easier you can get a small spray bottle, fill it mostly with oil and a splash of grain alcohol and voila.

dont use olive oil. use butter ;-) and also a bit of butter on the brocolli and bread crums before you put the cheese on top :-P tastes even better
