Literally. Showing more skin doesn't automatically mean it's sensual ☠️ Like imagine, a subtle touch up your arm or...hooded eyes and tongue gliding along lower lip...these don't necessarily show skin but it creates a heavy vibe of sensuality. The music video for Red Lights makes much more sense when you know the meaning behind it which is what makes it so much more intriguing to watch. Hyunjin and Bang Chan are supposed to represent two different parts of the same person and it’s about breaking free from the “restraints” of society and opinions (shown with the chains and ropes) and why they are (mostly) struggling against them the entire video❤️❤️❤️

I love the way the stays can barely contain their excitement you’re so real for that lol🤣

Additionally, this MV is not just a love story *as everyone usually think when they watch this ~ it has many different stages of meaning, and all of them are supreme 🔥 This song, the idea, the lyrics, the beat and almost things are written and made by Bangchan and Hyunjin *Bangchan proposed that he want to have a produce of them collabing with each other, and provided Hyunjin some little beat. After that, Hyunjin came up with some idea/probably what we are watching right nah =))🤯🔫 And then two of them were just spending A FEW HOURS making everything ✨🔥

i think your friends should’ve been given the information how taboo these types of things in kpop are. you can count the idols who are openly queer on one hand basically. an entire music video with clearly queer undertones has been done before with women (but in a cute way, where the women in a group would play each others love interest or school crush) but never with men, and never this sensual. korea is extremely homophobic and conservative, but stray kids have been as openly supportive of the gay community as they are allowed to be, even going beyond their allowance oftentimes.
