He’s been pretty honest and open about not really being a friend of Dahmer and using him to get laughs. He has stated that he became more and more concerned and creeped out about Dahmer. Sounds like he was really smart in the end

@@dying101666 Dahmer was cutting up animals before he ever met Derf. The adults failed him the kids are not responsible for stopping their friends from becoming serial killers especially someone as messed up as Dahmer who would have murdered regardless

I remember when I ordered his first comic My Friend Dahmer, months and months had passed by and I hadn't received it, so I emailed him, he replied fast and said he was sorry and that it must have gotten lost and said he was sending me a copy himself. I really appreciated that he took the time to do that and sign it as well. Love his artwork too.

I think this Is terribile. They put him in their social network just becaise he made them laugh. But then when they realised he got problems, like Drinking, they pulled him away . This Is so tragic. There are other things people realy love you or like you can do, like: advising the parents. He was Just a puppet for you, comic designer. He probably was looking for real connection.

he was so lost and needed people around to help and steer him in the right direction its a shame he could have done anything!

Derf should be thankful of Dahmer as no one would even know Derf without Dahmer.

I don’t think not one person knew how Jeffery dahmer was feeling inside. It seems like he was just white knuckling it, his entire life, in some sort of way. Im thinking he was extremely afraid. That being said, he could never sake that feeling and didn’t know what do with it. Explains why he acted so goofy and what not. Prob never felt accepted by anybody.

maybe he had aspergers syndrome, i have it and find it really hard making friends and reading social cues. so yeh humor is the way to go

I read yr book,loved it really loved it,felt sorry for Jeffrey,would anyone consider making a movie on his High School years,already knowing what happened afterwards.

Yes, he was the first person that Jeffrey was planning to kill him with the bat but he didn’t go well for him and ended killed Steve Hicks .

Why didn't anyone get concerned about him when these drawings came out?

He was just a high school freak. Lol I don't get how people are feeling bad for him.. He litterally is a monster. The movie is educational cause it shows the signs of a psychopath. He's disgusting. Don't feel bad at all.

How do they manage to do these interviews yet we still don’t learn anything new. They say things like “ it was bizarre behavior and stuff” then they will say something only barely explaining what he did but they don’t explain how he looked doing or saying things. They only have like 3 stories of funny things he did

That picture of Dahmer @ 0.35 goofing off in school just creeps me the fuck out more than anything really, all the pictures of him later, just used to it already, remember when this story came after he got arrested and the all the trials so got used to all that, but these early photos from the '70's do creep me out more for some reason, like when Ted Bundy or Ottis Toole( the guy that kidnapped and killed the son of John Walsh, the host of America's Most Wanted, which in an ironic twist, they were trying to accuse Dahmer of that crime because he was living in that area in Florida for a short time when that took place, but Jeffery always denied it and Ottis Toole confessed to it!) but you see those guys smile, you can almost literally see their true evil nature!
