Kieran McKenna has been turning heads across English football following a spectacular season with Ipswich Town.
The Tractor Boys find themselves firmly in the hunt for automatic promotion from the Championship to the Premier League.
And boss McKenna has been a huge reason for the club's success, having helped them to promotion from League One only last season.
In this exclusive interview we talk to Kieran about his remarkable rise, how he's managed to lead Ipswich to this stage and what he learned under Jose Mourinho during his time as coach of the Tottenham Under 21s.
He also opens up about his future, with his success seeing him linked with numerous Premier League clubs over the last few months.

Thanks to Kieran we can now believe again. And I hope he is with us for the long haul. Sir Alf and Sir Bobby - legends not only at Ipswich but also for England. Kieran can achieve what they achieved. I honestly think he is the best thing to happen to Ipswich since Sir Bobby left.

If we do go up, I hope everyone is satisfied with survival and sticks with KM even if we struggle and get relegated.
Kieran could be a politician after this job! He made it very clear that he's happy at Ipswich, but left the door open to move on depending on the opportunities he gets. We all knew that if he did as well as we thought he could, then he might not be with us so long. If he does leave he will have our blessing, and we'll thank him for the effort he put in and the special times he gave us. Hopefully, he gets us up and shows what he can do in the Premier League with this team.
Simple - He is the best young manager in the country.
