My Foam Roller Routine | Relax and Unwind.
Hello Everyone!
Here is the much awaited foam roller routine you all asked for.
I made it a really nice relaxing vibe so we can feel calm and really open up the hips, back and legs.
Foam rolling is really effective and I always feel really flexible after doing it even before I have stretched. Obviously the more you do it, the better you will feel.
I did this routine every retched. morning before school. and a shorter version in the evening before I stretched.

Wowowow, I just want to say that amongst all of the videos I have seen about releasing and finding the hip muscle/the muscle used for turnout, this is the only one that seriously help me physically find it on myself and be able to massage it. Its like I’ve finally found the itch that has been itching for years and now I’m able to feel relieved - as I’m extremely sore, and about to go to sleep, I will now be massaging some bengay before I sleep. Thank you so, so much!

This routine is FANTASTIC. I’m an adult beginner who works a desk job and have very little turnout. Like, 100 - 120 degrees on a good day, 90 typically. I did this last night after class, and two other times this week so far. Today I tried turning out just for fun and I had 150 degrees of turnout! I’ve also been strengthening and stretching for the last few weeks but the ONLY thing I did different last night was this foam roller routine. Thank you!!! Time to do it again tonight before bed…

Just came across this and did it for the first time. For me this took the foam roller to the perfect level for my aging ballet body. Great benefit for me, will do it regularly.
