I don't see why people have to be so negative about things like this. I'm 17 and live on my own because my parents were useless. I go to college and I work. I don't have much money, much stuff or whatever but just because I don't doesn't mean I should wish others don't? It makes me happy to see people come so far in life, it weren't so long ago he was living with his parents and now look. If it was you you'd be made up yourself and wouldn't turn it down. If this is what people need to be happy then it's good to see it. Well done to him to be honest, yeah he doesn't post as much as he used to and whatever but I think he earned it in my opinion. I agree 100% It actually makes me Value life more, that i can do that as well (though i'm too lazy to actually do it) KSI is a really good example how a person goes from nobody to "celebrity" status really. Some go batshit elitist and rub it into peoples faces and others don't really do that. Now i dont know what KSI does with his money and i dont want to know its his own private life unless he shows us but from what ive seen and look at, i see a guy doing what he likes and does not flaunt it everywhere that he's getting a lot of money on youtube to give him that kind of lifestyle. I'd say KSI makes about as much as pewdiepie, jj is not only a youtuber but also a rapper, actor etc. He also appears to have more sponsorships than pewdiepie, i mean, rulem sports, omnia, mmoga, he probably made some money working with copa 90 and the sidemen get paid to attend events such as insomnia and that pax thing in boston. Pewdiepie probably makes 80-90% of his money purely from youtube, while ksi dont depend as much on one particular thing.

To think how far you've come, I remember the race to division one videos I don't even like football each to their own but I still loved the videos and found them hilarious, keep it up ksi!!

As someone who works in NYC Real estate I can tell you that this is worth WAY more than the 3-5 million pounds you guys are thinking it is. NYC and London are very similar in price in terms of Real Estate(very frickin expensive) that is easily as 10-15 million pound penthouse. The fact that it is a duplex and has a massive terrace adds millions to the price. This is likely a rental spot unless he can somehow afford that astronomical number at this stage in his career. That being said. Instead of being fucking jealous work you asses off(and no im not talking about "hard work" at some back breaking dead end job) pick a career with some earning potential. Don't pick up art history degree then come complaining about how he makes money and you don't

Let's just clear a few things up. This is coming from a Business/Economics student not some little kid... A penthouse like this is in the millions, it all depends upon specific location but you can expect it to be worth atleast £3million, Ksi makes an astronomical amount of money. You may not believe it because it's only KZread, but the sponsors, clothing brand etc, he will be bringing in a third of this place's worth in a year. Back when Tom Cassell was around a couple million subscribers, he was earning an average of £60k per month. Something which was published in some of the biggest newspapers, and he himself even shared on twitter. - Whether he owns this place or not is still undisclosed, but I'd assume it is possible, considering it would be more to rent it than mortgage it... P.s; It is also believed he owns a Lamborghini but hasn't broadcasted it as he understands the backlash he would receive due to all of the immature children on this site.

No people ACTUALLY WORK HARD to do it , you're just too young or lacking common sense to know. If he can earn hundreds of thousands of pounds by just screaming his ass off and never giving his viewers what they want anymore and faking to apologise to his fans to keep them with him longer, why can't anybody else. Do you know that people work 10 hours a day for free for work experience and then EVEN IF they get a job they'll be working for 4 pound an hour.Not to mention that there are fewer jobs and it is really hard to pass your GCSE exams and especially A levels. So don't give me that, "if you want a job, find it bullshit"I had this friend who worked on a sort of farm place,slaving his ass off for 13 hours in the blazing sun with his friends in a van and only earned 20 a day. A few days later he started to get a frickin tan.

Abdullah Ahmed You have fundamentally misunderstood how capitalism works. Just because you work hard does not give you the right to earn the money that someone such as KSI would make. You have to work hard in a field of work that is valued by society. The minimum wage in the UK is also greater than 4 pounds an hour, although I do understand in many countries it is less or non-existent. GCSE's are not in the slightest difficult to pass and although I agree that A-Levels are difficult it gets much easier again at degree level if you go into a chosen subject that you know that you are good at. I agree with you that some people that complain on here do work hard for a living, but that doesn't really give them a right to complain because they simply picked the wrong field to get into. There are plenty of jobs out there that offer a cushy lifestyle that are easy to get into you just have to go out there, get the training for them, and find them.

Rohan george Just looked at a maths paper. Not much more difficult than A-level maths, though there's differences in the syllabus'. I'd say further maths A-level (pure) is slightly more difficult too. No idea about any other subjects though.
