How did you get started to get your certification, was it hard, and what all does a CNA do?

@@mollyolivas7798for me my school had a clinical class that taught us everything we needed to know about being a pca and they gave us the test. It is a little difficult but if you know the basics you’ll pass easily. Also what a CNA/PCA does is basic living and assisting; ex: Taking vital signs, bathing them, making sure they have anything they need, help them go to the bathroom, help with hygiene care, mobility, and cleaning up around there spaces, as well as helping them eat, dress, and other things they can’t do on their own and much more.

@@katsolo605 I never worked in a hospital prior only as a volunteer but I think I learned so much more than during my CNA clinicals in a long term care facility. Anywhere you work will be short staffed but I feel the senior place may be a little worse with staffing. the patient to staff ratio is a lot higher in senior living than a hospital. If you are hoping to become a nurse isn’t the future I think a hospital may be better to get your experience.

Romans 3:23 (ESV) says: “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” and Romans 6:23 (ESV) says: “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” The good news is that Jesus Christ, the son of God, who is one with God, came to the earth from His place in heaven and was crucified on a cross for the atonement of our sins. He lived a sinless life, and rose from the dead on the third day after His death! 🙌✨He took our place and payed our debt. John 3:16 says: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Romans 10:9 (ESV) says: “because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” If you place your faith in Jesus, He will forgive you of your sins and you will be saved from hell and you will be given eternal life. Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. The Bible is Gods word to us. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in the Bible are the gospels of Jesus and His teachings on how to follow Him. Jesus is coming soon. Repent of your sins and follow Jesus. God bless you! 💕
