Teddy Swims is amazing, I first ran into him on KZread when I was scanning for new voices ... and he has taken my breath away ever since. The first song " I Can't Make You Love Me " was first done by Bonnie Raitt and I was not let down when I heard Teddy Swims do it. "Still the One " what can I say ... Shania Twain . I LOVED this reaction! Instant SUB! I have been a Teddy Swims fan for the last 8 months or so and I constantly seek out reaction videos because I love watching people hear him for the first time! When things get back to normal and his overseas tour starts back up(December I think) you MUST see him live if you get a chance. I saw him in Austin, Texas and he is legit even better in person! They also stayed after the show and chilled with a bunch of us just hanging out, talking, and taking pics and such. He's an amazing artist and person!

Brandon, I am doing the same thing. I stumbled over Teddy on utube and I was like these reviewers for the first time. Lol. What a voice...what a genuine soul too....

I had the same reaction the first time I heard it! His voice, how he feels the lyrics like nobody else, the pure yet accessible emotions. I just found him a couple of months ago.

Teddy's version of The House That Built Me brought me to tears. The man knows how to add so much emotion to a song when he sings it.

This is the most amazing cover of this great song. Go Teddy!

Oh to have the power and the ability to dig deep, feel no embarrassment to let the feelings flow. He is one hell of a singer.

Literally the only thing as good as watching a Teddy Swims performance is watching the reactions to Teddy Swims performance!! Gets me every time

After I saw Chris Stapleton for the first time, my daughter suggested Teddy Swims to me. He is an absolutely amazing singer. His soulful sound surely must have a strong blues, bluegrass and country influence. His version of Tennessee Whiskey is amazing. A true Artist.

Gitana, beginning in late January I discovered two new and incredibly gifted singers that I am consumed with wanting to listen to. I discovered Teddy first and I recently discovered Angelina Jordan. Thanks to youtube, I have been introduced to Teddy and Angelina and I can not get enough of them. There is a long list of cover songs that Teddy sings that I am certain you will enjoy.

First things first….you have some of the longest intros in the reaction community. Secondly, I absolutely love them all. They are so beautifully scatter brained and hilarious that I really look forward to watching the intros sometimes more than the reaction. It’s such a wonderful and uplifting experience just to watch them. All a person’s worries and problems will evaporate because of the sheer joy that is you. I imagine it’d be such a blast to be in the presence of someone that just exudes such happiness. Love to you all from the hills of West Virginia.

Its like hearing Chris Stapleton for the first time, blown away.. they have so much soul in their voices.

This is the best cover of this song that I've heard to date. The emotion reaches right into the depth of your soul. Another song showing emotion, and a good second to this performance, is Australia's John Farnham and Olivia Newton John singing Please Don't Ask Me from The Main Event Concert.

That was my reaction the first time I heard him sing I can't make you Love Me.... Well without the tears..... I've been following him ever since.

Teddy Swims is fantastic. First heard him a few weeks ago - nice experience that I've often repeated since. He really shows how well he can sing in this first song with great vibratos and melismas and he's got a beautiful voice, but I like him better in *_Tennessee Whiskey_* kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z3l809Kip5iWmps.html - maybe because I just like that song very much :)
