My FIRST TIME in FIRST CLASS LUXURY ($1800) on EMIRATES A380 Christchurch to Sydney EK413/QF8413
My first time ever in first class and I was lucky to experience it on the Emirates A380 with incredible staff. It was such a private suite but I missed being able to harass my friends through the gap next to the window. Would you pay $1800 for 3 hours in first class? Tell me what you think!

Everyone is raving about the bkk-hk flight but being based in AU, this is still my go-to preferred “secret” route 😝 and can confirm the caviar is not always available so you got lucky. Enjoy friend, flying luxuriously is always the way to go❤

Really enjoyed your vid. The $1800 AUD must have been a full flexi fare (?). They wouldnt normally serve carvier on trans-tasman flight (maybe this has changed) nor do they normally give a toiletry bag. Did you ask for the toiletry bag? Yes if they have no other bookings for shower or no other passengers in cabin they may allow you extra time. Again great vid. PS. Your serving of Hennessy Cognac (?) was very generous too. Was your suite steward actually a friend of yours? lol

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed watching. The ticket I paid for was a first saver fare. I think perhaps it's changed as they served caviar for everyone on this flight, and yes I asked for the toiletry bag! I heard they usually didn't give the toiletry bag on short legs but might do so if asked. Haha, they weren't! But I think they were just really lovely throughout the flight and very friendly so they treated everyone very well. Thanks again!

The response is probably different from a more seasoned points hacker, but as someone who just wanted to try it once to see what it was like on a shorter trip I’d say it’s worth it! The food and drinks are unlimited and you can probably make the value of the ticket back, and if you get the toiletries bag it’s also approx $300AUD so you also get value there!
