My first time in a mortuary!
In my culture, we don't get near a dead body but when my best friend lost her daughter, I had to get inside the mortuary to assist in dressing her. The confusion, fear and anxiety took toll on me. This is my story on the first time I entered a mortuary #myfirstexperience #SemaNaJG

Hello jg.....I just started watching you na I would love to talk to you......
In Mumbi land before mzungu came, dead bodies were taken deep in the forest to be eaten by hyenas. There was no burying. In some cases where the person was seriously ill and there was no hope of recovery, they would dispose of them even before they were completely dead, to be finished off by hyenas. You may have noticed recently ,that majority of those opting for cremation ,are Mumbians or Mt Kenyans. Oven 🔥is best 👍🏾😈🔥

Hey Joyce
My first encounter was when a friend lost the husband and yes it's a mixture of fear and pain. Getrudes is better I went to a public morgue where the bodies are scattered everywhere
