Also Fancy Clown is really funny since it's from the perspective of a character called Victor Vaughn talking about how his girl was cheating with DOOM. Victor Vaughn is a play on Victor Von Doom from the Fantastic Four comics, so he's just beefing with himself lol

Love the reaction! I'd recommend checking out DOOM's single Gazillion Ear and the albums Mouse and the Mask (aka Danger Doom) and MM Food. MM Food is the fan favourite (besides Madvilliany) but personally Mouse and the Mask is my favourite. Mouse and the Mask is mostly themed around Adult Swim cartoons. There is also a really good Christmas DOOM remix done by these guys called Cooking Soul. I listen to it every holiday season. There is an awesome remix with DOOM rapping over the "You're a Mean One Mr.Grinch" beat. Also, some similarly lyrical rappers you should check out are Aesop Rock and Czarface. Aesop is considered to be one of the most lyrically talented rappers out there, though his raps can be a bit hard to decipher what he is trying to say in terms of song meaning. His beats and flows are amazing but sometimes it feels like trying to understand the meaning of his songs is like trying to solve a rubix cube. I would recommend his singles Klutz and Rogue Wave as well as the albums Malibu Ken, Spirit World Field Guide and Impossible Kid. Czarface is awesome. It is a group made up of Wu Tang's Inspectah Deck and these dudes Esoteric and 7L. They use a lot of comic book references like DOOM. One of my favourite lines of theirs is "all these rappers talk about is clothes, hoes, loot, got a three word vocabulary like I AM GROOT." I'd recommend their albums Every Hero Needs a Villian, Fistful of Peril and they have a colab album with MF DOOM called Czarface Meets Metalface.

Its about how people can be put into the "other" group and seen as outsiders or different and dehumanized but really we are all the same when it comes down to our true nature of survival and finding happiness and meaning. Its about how the military industrial complex and imperialist governments uses our differences like these against us so they can push war to gain power and money by dividing us and manufacturing hatred between us. Doom is like nothing else and with madlib combo its a legendary classic album. i sugest using lyrics when listenning to doom after a while it all makes even more sense you realise so many artist used / where inspired by DOOM. even gorilaz did a collab

You need to check out MM Food by MF DOOM next 💯, if I remember correctly MM Food came out as well in 2004 so DOOM put out 2 albums in the same year

Like bro, listen to the song that's that, there's a cool genius video called like 'Mf doom that's that rhyme scheme' that shows he's rhyming every word. It sounds like he's saying nothing meaningful but then if you look at the genius website (where you can see people commenting on the lyrics) you see not only is he rhyming every word but the story has a crazy amount of depth and every line is like a double/triple entendre. It's super exciting to dive deep I'm my opinion. He is hard to understand at first but I genuinely think he has insane philosophical depth and his writing is close to Edgar Allen Poes, genuinely a genius. Thanks for listening to my rant lol
