i know this is a personal preference but my playstyle is a mix of clicking the skills and using the key-bindings on the keyboard: q, e, 1, 2, 3, 4 and r are mostly my immediate keys as those would be either my dps skills or buffing skills that can be pressed immediately on keyboard w/o much of an issue for me while 6, 7 and 8 are manually clicked via mouse (5 is replaced by r since r is the second most immediate button to press as if you're reloading in an fps game)
