With all due respect, it's not up to Dimash fans to change your mind, and Dimash has nothing to prove. He's not the artist you're looking for, and that's okay. Move on to something you actually love, and your channel will have a better chance to grow.

Dimash does not use falsetto. Soprano is a part of his natural vocal range. He started singing at age 5, and when he reached puberty and added lower notes to his voice he never lost the ability to sing soprano range. Go listen to some falsetto and then listen to Dimash. If you cannot hear the difference that is sad.

Dimash's concerts last from 3 1/2 hours to 5 hours non stop, yes he sweats, and yes, he is Human (some think he can't be human) Dimash's pitch follows the lyrics of a song, if he sings about birds, he sings high, feet on the ground, he sings low. There's a reason for every vocal sound out of his mouth. Yes, we all saw the Fifth Element song, it's called the Diva Dance, and yes of course, Dimash does that song better than the alien. Here it is for you Jennifer : kzread.info/dash/bejne/oWmur9ephbLNgdI.html Yes you can have some wings too, you just have to "earn" them. Love from a Disciple of Dimash, Los Angeles chapter

This song is a pearl of the French songbook is a Canadian-French cyberpunk-rock opera called Starmania, written in 1976 by Michel Berger (France) and with lyrics by Luc Plamondon (Canada) and immortalized in the voices of Daniel Balavoine, Diane Dufresne and Grégory Lemarchal. The song's theme is depression: In the 2021 version, Dimash faithfully and brilliantly presents a sentimental and melancholy interpretation! As the singing decisions follow the original structure of the song, which serves to show the psychological instability of the distressed character: From chest voice to head voice and then falsetto, the author aimed to show a broad need to win a long of desperation and the need to reach a very high perspective! Dimash, currently in his concerts, dedicates this song to his friends and acquaintances who left this world!

The trouble is that every reactor (not just yourself) tends to listen to one or two songs and try to pigeon hole him because unfortunately that's what we're used to especially here in the west, an artist is either pop or country or rock or metal and we don't have anyone like Dimash who can flow through all genres seamlessly. In his huge repertoire he has pop, opera, rock, folk, there are songs where he raps too. I'm not going to be one of the ones begging you to take another look at him, what I'm trying to point out is not to judge a book by its cover. Everyone wants reactors to react to their personal favourites instead of taking reactors personal tastes into account. If they'd directed you to songs like Fly Away, Restart My Love, Okey or Zhalyn you probably would have had a completely different impression, but unfortunately first impressions count and no matter which song we point you too you will probably never lose that impression that he's not your cup of tea. That's okay, I'm a metal head and the K-pop and people like Taylor Swift bore the pants off me. The world would be a boring place if we were all the same.

  • @DiaLinwen

No chance she will like Fly Away. She doesn't like pop or male falsetto, which is what this song is sang in. I really don't think she should be forced to react to more Dimash, it's obvious he is not her kind of artist.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to write. Being an artist myself, I would never try and pigeonhole another. I imagine with Dimash, I just need to find the music in his enormous catalog that speaks to me. I’d love your suggestion for a pop or rock song. Folk as well. Best to you! 🙏🏼❤️😄

  • @debbiemorgan859

    @debbiemorgan859

@@JenniferTakes well, if you do seriously want to give him a go then I've listed a few of his pop songs in the post above. My personal favourite is an early one from China Restart My Love, for a rock song he has just dropped Durduraz from the Almaty concert onto his channel and for a folk song, a really good one is Samaltau either from the Digital Show or Tokyo Jazz Festival. But there's no problem if you decide to never react to him again either, as I said it would be a boring world if we were all into the same thing and there are already so many reactors reacting to Dimash and it's not fun to watch someone who you can see doesn't enjoy his music. Dimash is an extremely sweet endearing guy who uses his platform to spread an anti war message of unity to the world so his Dears are extremely protective of him I'm afraid.

Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than fifteen(15) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from USA 🇺🇸 "Dears" Forever ❤️ Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. There is nothing wrong with any voice if it's beautiful. What does the gender matter? However, he doesn't always do high voices. In his Kazakh songs, for instance, almost never. Also, most of his high singing isn't falsetto, but the same as a female soprano. But all of this doesn't really matter if he is not her style. I fully agree Dimash is not for her.

Yes, Dimash sings the diva dance from the fifth element. Also, he is sweaty, because this was a show, which included many performances.

This was a live streamed digital concert in January of 2021. He had already been performing other songs which is why he is sweating. I don't know exactly what your style is but he sings in genres from Rap/Hip Hop to opera. I would recommend his performance of Be With Me from this same digital concert. The Crown is also an amazing performance. It's not that you chose wrong per se It's just not the best one to start with because a song like The Crown Can be better appreciated after you have a clearer sense of his range of talent and genres. Please don't forget to always check for subtitles or closed captions. Most of his songs have a video that provide those. You may feel the emotion from his songs but you will understand why you're feeling the emotions more if you understand the lyrics.

That's okay if he is not your cap of tea. No artist is for absolutely everybody. In my opinion, he is simply not your style and there is no point to react to him further. No point in forcing oneself.

Congratulations, eventually you have been Dimashified !!! SOS is part of the French/Canadian musical/rock opera Starmania. The hero finds his girlfriend killed and sings this song over her dead body. The last words are a goodbye cry: 'Sleep now baby, sleep...'. What you witnessed is just the tip of the iceberg! You will see that Dimash IS the best singer/performer in this universe !!! Every one of his songs is unique and will leave you speachless... You have to also react to Stranger, Opera 2, Daybreak (Bastau version), Adagio (Singer version), Sinful Passion, Vocalize (and then Know), Ikanaide, Ogni Pietra, Ave Maria, Across Endless Dimensions, Love is Like a Dream and of course The Diva Dance from the 5th Element (Bastau version). If you want to listen to someone that sings beyond the piano notes, try Unforgettable Day (Gakku version). If you like mainstream, try Fly Away, Be With Me and Screaming... And finaly, if you want to be filled with emotions and to have a lifetime's experience, try his last song/mini movie "The Story of One Sky", but be prepared... Welcome to the rabbithole...

Dear Jennifer, It's totally okay not to like Dimash's music. He's... special... unusual. I have so many people in my circle of acquaintances and family who can't relate to Dimash. So what? It doesn't diminish my enjoyment of his music one bit. As long as they let me enjoy him. What really gets on my nerves are some Dears who have to proselytise for the hell of it. If someone doesn't like Dimash, please leave him alone and don't force him with umpteen song suggestions in the hope that there might be something among them that might enchant him - after the 15th attempt or so...? Your efforts in all honour, but you only achieve the opposite! And in the end people say that Dimash has the most pushy, intolerant and annoying fanbase on this planet. Dears, is that what you want? Lots of love from Switzerland 🤗🇨🇭

Some people are just accustomed to music where no thinking is involved, with no real message. Dimash goes beyond that. The funny thing about Dimash with 7.7 octave sung range is he is from the deepest base to the highest of highs in and he uses it all so you will hear some you don't like if you don't like falsetto or saprano, whistle, and Dolphin by men, it's in his wheel house and some of use love it all 🤣🥰. Just continue and overlook the parts you don't like, however, I think you will come to appreciate his amazing abilities. And yes he has Done the Diva Dance almost exactly in Diva Dance Bastau then again in Confessa/Diva Dance and it's the Fifth element. Note in the movie they had to do the song in pieces and incorporate computer help, Dimash does it live and doesn't need help.

Dimash isn't about style. I've had to get used to a lot of his music. But that's not why I am enthralled with him for the last 4 years. As a singer and a musician, I think Dimash is one of the most incredible things that has ever happened in the history of music and I'm glad I'm alive to hear him sing. Now I'm just welcoming all kinds of new styles. I don't care what style these things in he goes beyond style.
