regarding kaya: use the sphinx that makes spells have an alternate cost of collect evidence 10, and play cards from your hand for free and from your graveyard for free with the same action.

Funnily, Kaya works quite well with Sunfall, because the incubate token will have a bunch of +1/+1 counters on it when it copies a creature.

so insidious roots might lead to a jund self mill deck since there is a new enchantment that lets you give haste to everything, so using recurring cards could lead to a combo deck (or a paradox engine deck)

I looked into it and KZread does demonetized videos depending on content. It is based on how many advertisers can put their ads on your video.

I haven't played Standard since shortly after the pandemic hit. Paper standard (and brawl) play just never recovered where I live, and playing on Arena (without the social aspect) is just frustrating to me.

I don’t think it’s worth grading Magic cards in general because people want to actually play with the game pieces, but considering you’re probably not going to play a serialized card I think it’s fine to have them graded and preserved

Serialized cards are ultimate bling. Literally the very thing people would want to play with. Grading is a scam. Don't turn your cards into Han Solos

The real trick is to have your entire deck fully graded so it's like having a sleeved deck

i think murders at karlov mannor was built for a post rotation format and since nothing rotated we got overloaded with redundancy and nothing really unique in terms of archetypes. i mean insidious roots is awesome but i think just one deck a newformat does not make.

KZread is very weird with certain words, murder being one of them.

All mtg Videos should start with Muckduck at Karlov manner… “R” is among the most menacing of sounds. That's why they call it “murder.” And not “muckduck.”

My radical idea to fix the arena economy: your wildcards are replaced with their value in wild card points. I know this sounds just like dust, but hear me out. Base value: C:5 U:10 R:15 M:20. That's how much you get when you open a wild card and each cards value for the first year(or whatever arbitrary amount of time) after release. Then every year(or whatever) the cards are rated based on their amount of pay in standard and their prices are adjusted based on their placement on that ranking. This tracks each set until it rotates out of standard where the prices are locked unless otherwise deemed necessary. Obviously this plan has a lot of flaws, not to mention how it would be put into place retroactively, but its got decent bones.
