Hey girl heeyyy. Great video. Berlinetta is that girl for me but I hear you on the medicinal smell. I really don’t like when I catch a heavy medicine like smell 😩😩. Opulent red was also a no for me. Something spoiled about it unfortunately but I do think a handful of Armani fragrances from that line is off to me. Skin chemistry really will play games on my nose. Loved the video 🤎🖤

More of these videos please! I bought Lattafa Eclaire which is very affordable and I use it now all the time. Especially when I wear anything fresh that lacks a bit of sweetness, this is my go to for layering now.

I have a decant of Musk Therapy and tried so many musk fragrances, but in my opinion none so far compare. Hi Tammy. Just found your blog. Enjoyed it and I just subscribed. I love fragrance. Last year, I was holidaying in Dubai and visited the Arabian Oud store. I believe they don't do dubes. They are around $ 100 to $ 250 for the normal line. I love their fragrance. Although quite expensive but they often have special discounts. Buy 1 get 1 free. Or 30 to 40 percent discount.

The Middle Eastern perfume rabbit hole is a very slippery slope 🤣🤣🤣🤣I’m so addicted to collecting them now. I’m sipping on a iced caramel macchiato 🙋🏻‍♀️ I love Khair fusion because it’s so similar but fusion is way cheaper. My girls think it smells like gummy bears🤓🤓🤓 I haven’t tried vanilla and roses yet, but the bottle looks beautiful And I need to put that on my list📝 I feel like vibrant orange and Neroli smells a lot like tangerine boy by phlur 🤓🤓 Anytime you want some decants of my middle Eastern perfumes just let me know and I’ll send them your way🙋🏻‍♀️🤓 there’s no way I’m gonna go through all of them myself so I might as well share with my friends🥰🥰🥰🥰

On the same note as your sour milk experience and your dusty Windex, as I'm listening to your video while coming back from an event where I heard: "There is a cleaning supply smell in here." And I immediately knew she was talking about my Middle Eastern perfume 😂😂😂😂 I kinda like them...but I also find them unrefined, and that comment proves my point.😅 It is like a good dupe but a cleaning supply version. Berlinetta does have a synthetic smell, like nail polish, it last but it's not a pleasent scent, and it is not skin, because I test it everywhere, i find to be a fragance tha does smell what it cost...

Opulent Red is super divisive... I think it was one of the most decluttered when I spent time analysing those stats. I had Opulent Musk and that smelt like car upholstery cleaner to me in the drydown, so I get your rubber description for.Opulent Red. Opulent Musk got decluttered after I kept trying it for over a year... I'm scared to try any more Lattafa, however cheap they are. I am however up for trying more from Armaf, but not full bottles. Those seem better, but I have limited experience of the brand overall. I really dislike Eden Juicy Apple and Eden Sparkling Lychee, they are just tooth-achingly sweet for me... I know so many people love them though. I wish I got it too! 😊

Yes I can definitely see it being polarizing.. and I don’t want to go around smelling like old shoes in my husband’s estimation!! 😅😅 There must be a floral or maybe a wood note that gives a rubbery or chemical smell to that line of fragrances 🤷🏻‍♀️ Armaf is one of the brands I didn’t get to try yet, I definitely want to check them out next! Yes I totally understand! There are so many perfumes I can’t handle and wish I got the beautiful smell everyone else seems to get from them! 🥹🙏🥰

@@tammyroxanne. Afnan is another brand I'm wary of. There's a stall in the shopping centre by my work that sells Afnan and the smell from it is overwhelming, it fills that whole end of the centre. They've been there months so they clearly must sell a decent amount, but they are much more expensive than online, so I don't get it, I guess people don't check though. I did stop and try 5 fragrances at random just to see, but sadly they were a big no. I owned Rare Tiffany too and that felt like an emperor's new clothes situation for me. I wanted to love it but I couldn't see what people were on about. 😂 I think with Kayali, I've just been choosing badly for me, I tried tobacco oud after I bought a bottle for someone else, and that was pleasant ☺️ I think the sandalwoods and the oud ones might be better picks for me. 🥰

@dr.claire.perfume I actually wore Rare Tiffany this week, and still to this day I feel like I’m getting something totally different than how everyone else describes it. Everyone seems to think it’s a pretty fruity floral but to me I get such deep woody earthy savory spicy notes that I can hardly describe, and I’m always amazed how much people love it when they come to smell my perfumes! I’m always thinking, wow this is really a challenging scent, why does everyone love it so much? 😂😂 but yet there’s something about it I really love and I actually really enjoyed wearing it this week! Did you see Kayali’s new releases for summer? The set of four pastel bottles? I feel like I really want to try those! 🤔

@@tammyroxanne. Yeah I get that. To me it was extremely harsh, it got me in the back of the throat. I think it was the ambroxan. I just don't deal with it well. I wish I did, because it's in pretty much everything more affordable in a very noticeable way. However, the price of ambrox apparently went up, so maybe not in future! ☺️ I found it ironic that the Charlotte Tilburys were all heavy on cashmeran (some ambrox but not in all) it made me think the price increases had made them switch to an alternative aromachemical for umph. That's probably rubbish though 😂 I'm not intrigued by those new Kayalis, they look super duper sweet again... I would love to be wrong. I think the earlier fragrances were better for me, despite the sweetness there: pink pepper, utopia, invite only, the cherry one that I can't remember the name of 😂 I want to try de ja vu white flower.

I’m trying not to think too much about when he flies out 🙈😭 (Not till September so we have lots of time to spend together now!) It will probably take me a few weeks to adjust once he leaves.. 😢 These ones I tried didn’t seem to have heavy oud in them, I was a little apprehensive about that too!

I can totally understand that.. it’s pretty basic but something about it just grabs my attention for some reason! There’s no explaining perfumes sometimes, because it’s not one that would be my style ordinarily 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

Biblioteque smells like dried spit on my skin 🤢 I know some people really love it so obviously it doesn’t smell like spit on them.
