My First Impressions of Islamabad | What Surprised Me As A British Tourist
Welcome to my Pakistan series! 🇵🇰
As my two weeks in Pakistan drew to a close, we had one final stop on the itinerary… Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad. It’s Pakistan’s ninth-most populated city with 1.2 million people.
During our short day in Islamabad, we visited the Faisal Mosque which is the national mosque of Pakistan and the fifth largest in the world. We also had a traditional Afghan lunch before making the drive back to Lahore.
This vlog is slightly chaotic but is one of my favourites. Sit back, relax and enjoy the final video in my Pakistan series.

One correction is that not 10,000 (ten thousand) but 300,000 (three hundred thousand) people can worship at one time in Faisal mosque. We did a group tour organised by Backpacking Bananas & Ready for Road :)
The population of Pakistan is about 250 million and thus Pakistan is the fifth most populous country in the world.
Wonderful great holiday have a fun , peaceful stay
Going to Islamabad but not eating Pak food is like going to England and eating German food
You visit Sanghar Sindhi from Pakistan
There were so many spots u should have covered in islamabad... lunch in Monal instead would have been much better experience
