Hey Milen, there are a few more places that you could consider visiting: Gokarna, Chikmagalur/Sakleshpur/Madikeri (Coffee plantations), Mangalore, Goa, Kerala etc. All these places are well-connected to Bangalore by buses (max. one night journey), trains and sometimes even flights. I think Gabriel has also visited most of these places so you can watch his videos to get an idea. Cheers!

Very similar heritage my grandfather age 16 came with his best friend thru Ellis island from Naples. He learned a trade as a tailor at the NYC MET. Went on to raise a family with his own tailor shop in downtown Princeton NJ. Where he did handmade Italian suits ties and broadcloth for all the professors at the University. His favorite customer was Albert Einstein. Never learned to drive took train each day walked. Worked on his home garden till his late 70’s.

Concerning your heritage: If you're ever in Antwerp, Belgium; you should definitely visit the Red Star Line Museum. Around the turn of the century, Antwerp was the departure town for most of the people who were emigrating to the US. It's a very well laid out museum that focuses on the reasons of emigration, how people made it from their respective countries to Antwerp, how they spent their time in Antwerp for a couple of days and then of course the journey by boat and arrival in the new world. There are also plenty of manifests and registries of the people who made the journey. Would definitely recommend in your case.

If the weather is good you can have a swim in Mondello beach lovely christal clear blue sea, very close to the main town buses go there. For food if you want the real sicilian experience go to eat at "Ferro Di Cavallo" it's a very good restaurant very cheap good wine as well.

I love that you are in Sicily. I will go back and watch the previous video that I seem to have missed. I hope you catch the train that goes around the circumference of Mount Etna - some cute villages and towns to stop on/off along the route. I think you catch the train from Catania but its not at the normal train station its elsewhere iirc. Your meal at the end was a Buffolo Mozzerella ball. Heads up in the UK we are 50/50 on hanging laundry out to dry versus using a machine to dry but since economic prices rose too high more people are reverting to hanging laundry out in UK. When you go to Sardinia please check out Bosa - very colourful town close to the sea.

Sometimes a flight from düsseldorf over frankfurt to windhoek is cheaper than a direct flight from frankfurt. You can also reach Windhoek over South Africa or Doha. So when you are only 80€ away from Düsseldorf and you have a day left in the schengen area...... Lets go! The flight to Windhoek is really expensive at the moment. In December it is much cheaper.

That was burrata cheese (like a mozzarella) you had on your pasta plate. I would pair it with the bruscegetta.

Thats what I recommended you too Gabriel a few weeks ago regarding Namibia. You very rarely travel to Africa. So far it was only Morocco,Tunisia and Egypt. You never been to Central or Southern Africa.

Shravanabelagola, the name of the town where to see Bahubali ( one with strong arms, english) statue, 65 feet, 17 metres high. And Bengaluru has the huuuge ashram of Art of Living, really worth a visit because of the atmosphere, visited by many Indian people as well. If one is interested in ashrams😉

Gabriel, roughly how many flights do you think you have had this year? I've just realised that I've flown 15 times this year already and about to take another to Japan, I've been traveling everywhere but I'm slightly concerned about radiation.. do you ever think about this?

Good question and I'd be curious to know the answer, but it would take some time to figure it out. It might be around the same, maybe a little more. Not concerned at all about radiation though. Radiation from what?
