I am sure the nature of job and expectations (in terms of work output), would have been mentioned in the job description. In today’s world, a line is normally mentioned about the computer skills one should have. From your video, it appears you were absolutely clueless. No matter in which country you are; one should be sure and have reasonable command over the language used at workplace. Secondly, during the recruitment process, steps should be taken to know as much as possible about the nature of work, expectations, work culture, people in general you will be working with etc. Glad that you made a video, and shared very frankly all that you went through. I am sure the tips in my comments, and all that you shared, will help others who are on job search in Japan.

जैसे जापानी अपनी मातृभाषा का सम्मान करते हैं , उसी को प्राथमिकता देते हैं वैसे हमें भी देनी चाहिए । अंग्रेज़ी आज एक दुनिया की भाषा बन गई है । दुनिया के साभी देश इसे सीख रहे हैं । हमारे देश में 12% लोग अंग्रेज़ी जानते हैं जो कि एक अच्छी बात है । पर हां यह बात भी बिल्कुल सही है कि हमें अपनी मातृभाषा को भूलना नहीं चाहिए उस में ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा बात करनी चाहिए । अंग्रेज़ी को सफलता की कुंजी मानने वालों से मेरा प्रश्न है कि दुनिया के सभी विकसित देश जैसे जापान , फ़्रास , स्पेन , इज़रेल अपनी ही भाषा को प्राथमिकता देते है , क्या वो विकसित नहीं हैं ? अगर कोई दो लोग जिनकी दोनो की मातृभाषा हिन्दी हो वे अगर अंग्रेजी में बात करें तो इस बात का कोई मतलब नहीं बनता लेकिन हमारे देश में ऐसा होता है ओर ऐसा कर के लोग अपने आप को बहुत कूल समझते हैं जो कि बिल्कुल ग़लत मानसिकता है । बॉलीवुड के एक्टरज़ हिन्दी में फिल्में कर के सुपरस्टर बन जाते हैं और फिर हिंदी को ही छोड़ कर अंग्रेज़ी में इंटरव्यू देते हैं । हां अगर हम किसी ऐसे से बात करते हैं जिसे हिंदी नहीं आती जैसे कोई तमिल तो बेशक़ हम अंग्रेजी में ही बात करेंगे । मेरी मातृभाषा हिंदी नहीं है पर फिर भी मैं जब भी किसी मराठी , गुजराती या बंगाली से बात करता हूं तो प्राथमिकता हिंदी को ही देता हूं ।

My PhD in south korea omg 1st day was exactly like that.. total computer was in korean .. Computer to dur ki baat.. Professor's office v nei mil raha tha.. jis se v puchu to saying everything in korean.. local people doesn't know English.. horrible ..

As an Indian my first love is India and second is Japan (and I am not looking for job there..lol). I love Japan and its culture in so many ways though I never been there. Second a question, you talk about racism in many videos but I also noticed that you have many Japanese friends which includes Mitsue (hope it's correct spelling). How friendly Japanese are towards Indian?
