I've just serviced a Corsa of similar vintage. It had a brand new battery, 4 new tyres, the service and it passed the MoT after 2 years off the road.

It's nice man. I'm waiting for mine to have its MOT. Same colour, 5 door 1.2 SXI. I'm so excited.

Nobody ever forgets their first car. It's a rite of passage. Mine was a Citroen Dyane with a collapsed driver's seat, one window that wouldn't open and a front passenger door that wouldn't lock. Had it for 4 years and did around 40000 miles in it.

I have, I purchased a 12inch pioneer one last week haha

I have had one of those Corsa on test drive and I have never driven something so under powered, the only thing that comes close is my 1999 Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome that only has 102bhp hahaha!

I bought one a few years ago i fkin hated it. Only had 53.000 miles and interior was fading already. The 1.2 twinport was gutless. I only had it a few weeks and swapped it for a 2001 suzuki ignis and that was way more refined except for the hard ride the corsa was smoother over bumps. Thinking of buying my sister one as her first car, she says she dont like them too but its tough 😂.

+DejwiDosTV You dont need to depress the clutch if the car is not in gear (neutral) as the engine is not driving the wheels in neutral

Tom Forrest yeah i know that but in some cars you need to depress the clutch whatever gear you in for safety reasons.

Looks like the clearcoat hasn't peeled off yet

unless you're getting the new corsa with a 1.0 turbo engine I would generally go for a 1.2 because the 1.0 is a bit gutless and noisy.

haha good luck with it man, even if a car is £500 or £50,000. Always take care of it as if its the same value, It'll only do yourself good in the long run.

YusufKnowsIt Nah, no black box. I live in a rural(ish) area, so that probably helps with the insurance. (Stroud, Gloucestershire). And yeah, the Jazzs are okay, especially the sport ones with the nice bodykits! Have you passed your test and everything? What kind of car are you looking to get?

subwoofers are pointless, my onboard sound system on my toyota avensis is so great that I don't need any other special equipment. Bought only a different radio with bluetooth tho. Cash spent on subwoofers n shit is wasted IMO, just expensive as hell
