I’m convinced that nearly all of our world’s issues could be cured with psychedelics. They showed me that every action is a reflection of what someone is going through internally, which really allowed me to let go of a lot of hate that I had, they really are life changing

Well said my friend. I can say that psychedelics have helped me see that everything has consciousness or intelligence. And this intelligence or consciousness is able to emit its energy at different degrees of "intensity" based on the specific complexity and potential the form has. The atom reacts and vibrates and has energy and it groups with other atoms to become a more complex form, therefore it operates at a degree of this intelligence or consciousness and is alive. Minerals even though they seem to be unintelligent to a closed minded person actually do have a level of intelligence. Minerals react to the environment too and create amazing mineral, geological, and crystal structures that are a part of the earth's form. Plants do the same thing using their intelligence. Human beings are also a very specific and complex form that because of its specific complexity, we are able to awaken a very high degree of intensity of this consciousness or universal intelligence. I find that this view is a view that really shows the unifying understanding that you and me are expressions of our universal intelligence and we should trust ourselves and enjoy the marvels of our universe.

This is beautiful! I lost my dad about 6 years ago. I have grown so much through the mourning process. Much like you I didn't allow myself to mourn his loss right away. It took my about 4 months to fully feel his loss. I haven't done the mother drink but I have used mushrooms and DMT. But what really allowed me to see him and communicate with him has been meditation. It's such an amazing experience to connect to higher sense of self. The amount of love and healing that I have experienced is more then profound. You are right in making the point of sitting with all your feelings and give bad and good feelings respect. It's completely changed the way I look at personal emotions and how I deal with them.

Wow I honestly cried along with this video. I can sooo relate especially with the explosion of gratitude and appreciation you can end up feeling. I’ve just done Ayahuaca yesterday with a Shaman playing live indigenous acoustic for hours and hours and it was a mind blowing experience and it seriously changed my worldview. It’s going to take a long time to unfold the information but it was beautiful. Very terrifying at times cause it’s such a foreign sensation but when you lean into it and respect the plant, it just does what you need from it. I’m also happy you mentioned Facilitators.

I have done Aya 6 times and each time its incredible. You do fast and eat selected foods for a couple of weeks prior . I always set an intention yet Mother Aya always knows where I need to go. This medicine for me gives you more insight and guidance than years of therapy. You can't hide from Aya or choose what you want to address and how. Aya takes you there. The negative is that I hate returning to the matrix afterwards . As hard as you try not to with such an awaking you integrate back in. My retreat was in Mexico in the jungle was incredible with a Shaman and medicine woman.

Its totally ok and perfectly normal to fall back into the ego, that's how it's supposed to be. Only a few Beings ever Reached Enlightenment. Beings such as Jesus or The Buddha etc.. Spiritual Awakening wakes you up to Deeper Truth's and the Deeper meaning of Life but the ego still remains. Those Beings who Reached Enlightenment have no ego and are in A Permanent State of Bliss. Spiritual Awakening eventually leads to Enlightenment. We will all find Enlightenment in the end!!

One of my close friends mentioned it this year & asked me if I wanted to join her & I felt like I was meant to do it now. And I’m so glad I did, Tatiana it’s crazy because we had a similar experience, I didn’t really feel much the first 2 ceremonies and the 3rd one was life changing/intense and very much needed lol I feel so amazing, so light & also needed help getting through the last night as well & soltara truly is the best place to do ayahuasca for anyone doing it the first time. So grateful for ayahuasca & experiencing this beautiful force of nature.

Tatiana, this video is just everything I never knew I needed! So many important things said, I have to watch it over and over again. You're a special special soul. I appreciate so much about you.. alone in this video you showed the importance of vulnerability, courage and having the self-love and self-respect to actually be open and the most transparent with your viewers. I'm so excited because I was on their website and your info was amazing, I will do deeper research. I'm in Uni for health, so natural medicine is something I learn at school too! I don't want to get too personal, but I'm sorry for your loss and hope that you visit each other often. We have our loved ones always with us. ♡ Also I wanted to add: Past-traumas are so damn destructive if not healed. The effects are seen daily, it takes so much courage and honesty to sit with oneself. I have experienced that too: I was afraid for a longer time to sit with myself and journal honestly about how I spent my time. I didn't want to be disappointed with myself, but only I will get the rewards of it if I journal and be brutally honest. It's hard to live a life without self-reflection and it's also hard to live unhealed and to suffocate our souls with dissatisfaction. Choose your hard, I'd say to myself. Thanks Tatiana! Every video of yours is appreciate. ♡

Great review. Felt like i was there through your descriptions. I like your sharing about your personal issues. Took courage Sounds like a really good retreat. Regarding synthesized vs plant medicine. I mean just because it’s a plant doesn’t make it better then say something that is synthesized necessarily The atoms that are used to create a synthesized i medication come from stars that went supernova or were made of the birth of the universe. Also poison ivy is plant too :). I like your takeaways from your experience and your search for meaning. Amazing all that love inside of you and the ability to experience it. I can hear your love for your audience in your voice and you truly seem to embody it. 🎉 I think the pursuit of healing inside ourselves, with our connection in nature and through the community give me hope. Thank you for sharing your journey with us . I have done the ceremony too. I believe what I saw, I knew that already . Everything is inside us . Just quit your mind .. I will never do the ceremony again .. I will try to go inside without any external help .. meditation can take you there ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I tried Aya in Costa Rica in 2019, 2 ceremonies. I went up for more after the same struggle with my mind about not feeling it. I had more than anyone else and never had it fully come on. I had a blissful waking dreamscape and overall a nice clear energy feeling though. I'm experienced in plant medicines and I've heard plant medicines described as kind of like spiritual pre-school or training wheels. And consider fasting, breathwork as spiritual maturity (less reliance on external things). I'm sure you've felt it after juice fasts!!

I loved the way you explained it and it would certainly put anyone's mind at ease to take your advice and go to Soltara. Unfortunately I don't abide by covid as I believe it's a farce, so until humanity is free, I won't be going anywhere. It would be lovely to have the ayahuasca experience at this retreat in accompaniment with a special someone. Thank you Tatiana.

Thank you Tatiana for sharing your experience and opening up about your dad. I lost my husband unexpectedly 3 years ago and then both my parents 10month after my husband passed. I also haven’t had the time to mourn or grieve, I went back to work the day after we laid my husband to rest. I used work as my way to block out what I was feeling. I’m looking into going to ayahuasca retreat soon I know it will help me. I need to help myself so I can continue be emotionally and mentally sane for my kids.

I did 5 years of ayahuasca as a spiritual practice, mostly twice a month, with some 4 day retreats. Between ayahuasca, huachuma (San Pedro), psybociliam (magic mushrooms), and cacao (sacred chocolate), I've probably done at least 100 journeys. I prepared for aya, with a YEAR on full time lightwork healing from a powerfully trained by kahuna healer, 4X a week (full time healing). That made ayahuasca journeys much easier for me than most. The plantista saw that I was a powerful healer from my first experience, and invited me to be the designated healer and co-facilitator for those 4 1/2 years. I also traveled to Peru and did San Pedro (Huachuma/cactus medicine) and ayahuasca down in the jungle off of the Amazon, and also traveled twice to Costa Rica to do ayahuasca with Rythmia. I wouldn't trade my experiences and healing for anything in the world, and I learned to be a multidimensional healer on aya, who was my teacher.

My pleasure! I'm not surprised to hear that I'm not the only one that feels this way about her parents. Knowing that over 50% of marriages end in divorce is a striking statistic and I'm sure many of those relationships could have been great had the economics or different life circumstances not gotten in the way. That's why self-development is SO important because life will always throw challenging situations at us but whether we can figure out how to navigate through the rough waters or not will determine our future. It's about equipping ourselves with the skills to succeed.

Hi Tatiana thanks for sharing your experience with this medicine. I think you'd really love the teachings and practice of Thich Nhat Hanh. After spending my teens doing lots of ceremonies and healing work, I feel into a beautiful mindfulness practice. The way you speak reminds me of this. Best.

I understand that everyone has or goes through a completely different experience from this. However, OH, MAN!..... it would have been extremely, EXTREMELY helpful if you had gone into YOUR specific encounter (to some degree, at least!!)! To have gotten some type of inside authentication from your adventure would have been fantastic/beneficial and valuable to most of us, I'm sure! Other than that....this was very good content. Thank you.
