Wrong way Radal! Coming from a music channel, You can dispute the first claim, Then the company can say no this is our right, If you then dispute it again after that, THEN it will be a DMCA takedown. So you can dispute the claim once (per video) and see what happens.

@In2sanity Yeah but if they don't, they will leave the dispute and it'll time out. He gets a couple of chances to dispute, if they reject the first one nothing will change, the claim sticks as it was. But he might get lucky and they remove the claim or let it time out. We all get this shit happen to us. And more often than not, they let it time out. I have disputed twice and they eventually just let it go. Make a good case for fair use/transformative just in-case though, but if you do your research you can find out if the claim is bogus. He gets one free go, he might as well use it.

I got similar issue now. I started earning money a month ago and I struggled for 3 days to avoid copyright strike on one video from some random companies (which 99% sure aren't owners of the song I used) and they say it's a cover of a song, it was actually the unchanged version of the background ost. Kinda hard to do something that can earn money these days
