Sooooo who's gonna tell him about the extended Mic Drop version and of the dance break in it? Lol Fun fact: there are many b-sides that are so underrated, due to the mv ones being more known. Many ARMYs have a difficulty choosing favorites within BTS albums since all the tracks are amazing and they're really diverse too. And let's not forget the top-notch lyricism since their first album.

“Dude I love this man. I love this man, I’m sorry.” =] Saaaame lol and I have absolutely no regrets about that. He has a unique tone to his voice that you can’t help but be drawn in by. RM is heavily involved with the songwriting and production of BTS’ music. Above all he is an amazing human being. In his livestream a few days ago, he said the reason why he is still doing all this and continuing on this path is to give people comfort through the lyrics he writes and the music he makes. He was feeling down because BTS couldn’t share their Map of the Soul: 7 comeback performances with ARMY due to coronavirus precautions. Kim Namjoon is one of the people I really respect most in this world.

Actually, it was RM who produced this bside track from their 'Love Yourself : HER' album, and yes this was not the original version. And there was actually a full-length version of this from their 'Love Yourself : ANSWER' album AND MAN YOU SHOULD WATCH THE LIVE PERFORMANCE because the dance break is everything!

fun fact: in some live performances the last part leads to another dance break HAHAHAHA you can watch their performance on MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards) 2017 stage!!

And the explosions aren't CGI. They had to practice their dancing with recorded explosion noises so they wouldn't flinch noticeably when they did it for real. If you watch carefully, you can still see a bit of a flinch from a couple of them...but they are incredible professionals.

I’m RM bias too 🤗 you should definitely check out his mixtape, he has two. the first is from 2015 titled “RM” and the second was released in 2018 titled “Mono”.

you know one of the best parts of being RM biased? he has two solo mixtapes, the most recent one being actually a full length album, tbh. we call it a mixtape but it's original beats. but yeah, RM is amazing

I recommend Save Me. Its a bit of an older song but It's shot entirely in one take. When you do start to watch the MV shooting vids make sure you look for the ones with subtitles. Bangtan subs add them well. The official bangtantv has only started putting subtitles in their Bangtan Bombs (random videos or their life or behind the scenes clips per say) recently. I think the actual MV shoots are posted under BTS Episode though. They do have a lot of series of videos going on. Like Run BTS which is more of an actual game show/variety show format. Much recommended for watching thought not for reacting on youtube as it is likely to get taken down. But anyway I do look forward to you checking out more of their songs for now. A lot of their B-sides are also amazing as much as I do love their title tracks (most of the songs with mvs).

Once you get familiar with the main MVs, get prepared for the live Cyphers medley in 2017 featuring supreme boi (make sure you pick the video with English subs). Don't know honestly how you will survive THAT. :D Especially that you have a particularly good ear for beats, transitions, and flows. Re: your question about the remix, yes there is an original version! the biggest difference (other than slight bpm changes) is that the pre-chorus, chorus and RM's rap is performed in korean instead of english ~

I would recommend to watch the dance practice of Mic Drop, there's a dance break added in. I would also recommend "Save Me", "Not Today", "Personna" (Intro song with just RM) and "Shadow" (intro song with just Yoongi/Suga).

They actually were more appreciated by the international audience before Korea really took notice. It's like that with some groups because of the music they choose to make. They took hold internationally more widely but now they are everywhere. Much deserved.
