    That's a mess that I trace back to Assange actually being caught stealthing prostitutes. When you want to be subversive, you obey the law to the letter.     They said a lot of things after the fact when they were under pressure to make it look like it had to be done. But toxic people do that from bumping someone in a crowd all the way up to authorizing illegal wars on a fabricated technicality, don't they? MKULTRA and the people involved were part of some ugliness that had a broader range than that, Einhorn and Puharich really were wacky people. I'm not even a conspiracy nut, it was all just handed to the public in the 90s and nobody really cared too much.

    Fun fact, 14 years is how long Edmond Dantes was wrongfully imprisoned for before he escaped in the Count of Monte Cristo. I can't speak as to whether Assange also found a colossal fortune which he's currently using to fund an elaborate revenge plot, but if he is Jordan's going to have to crack out his smug face again in a few years time :)
