I don't know if you ever check your comments on your old videos but wanted to say I miss you and hope all is well and life is busy in all the best ways. Just ordered jersey to make a baby gift and remembered your video to point me to patterns. Even on rewatching you never fail to make me smile.

Loved this, I knit and sew for my grand children and it is so satisfying, especially during the last 18 months it is how I have shown my love. I live in France and they live in the UK. I knitted my granddaughter age 6 a jumper and when she put it on she smiled and said “ it smells like Nana” ( in a good way I think ) This made me happy , as it seemed to make her happy too. Scent is a very basic sense that zoom cannot replicate xx

Thank you so much! I am sewing for my sister who is expecting her first child right now and this is super helpful and inspiring. I am still learning to sew myself so having links to patterns and other details makes this easier for me:)

Thank you so much for posting this video! I watched it when you first uploaded it, but have now come back for reference. I am not yet a parent, but am planning on getting some practise in making things for friends' children. I am now looking at making my own maternity clothes as things are starting to get a bit tight. I would really appreciate you sharing examples of what maternity patterns and hacks you used, and I'm sure others would too. We can't all go through our whole pregnancy doing yoga and looking Kate Middleton! Thank you very much again!

Just followed you. Your stuff is gorgeous and refreshing to see british tutorial/reviews as everything is not from wallmart or Joannes. Your personality is great agreed with all your comments about impractical baby clothes. I really want to do the first dungarees but every time i do a knit pattern for this style i cant do the zig zag stitch on the straps. Could you possibly do a tutorial on this as i cant find one anyway x

Don't tell my daughter but I've already been collecting fabrics to make grand baby clothing...they just got engaged a year ago! lol Now I guess I best start collecting patterns too! Great outfits and I agree, poppers on the bottom is the only way to go!

I love sewing baby clothes. They take hardly any fabric and are so quick to make! Would love to see the popper hack for the crotch seam. And which pattern did you use for the top you are wearing?

Hi Jessica! Thank you! The top is a Maven Patterns Somerset T shirt and the fabric is polka dot Jersey from my fabrics.co.uk, I link to both in my ‘is it cheaper to make your clothes’ video description!

It doesn't say they are "free" patterns, just her favourite ones. There are free patterns all over KZread though for various baby items.
