Semi-new to your channel and I've been loving your erudite and amusing reviews. I've found that the Holmes Cay makes an an absolutely dazzling Rum Scaffa. I use 1 oz of the Holmes Cay, fat 1/2 oz of Benedictine and one dash Angostura. In the same overproof white funk bomb vein, Rum Fire absolutely kills in a 50/50 shot with Cynar; a more profound version of the Wraynar 50/50 with Wray and Nephew.

Half Oz Appleton 12 and a half Oz oftd combined with j.m. Schrubb as the orange liqueur. Credits go to make and drink for the orange liqueur selection and the blend is also loosely inspired by the blend from the ultimate Mai Thai site also referenced by make and drink.
