My favorite Pumpkin pancakes, I make them every fall and winter!

I recommend making Pumpkin Pancakes. With sour cream it's simply delicious. If you haven’t cooked this way before, I recommend doing it.
Recipe:
pumpkin - 600 g
salt - 1/3 tsp.
sugar - 1 tbsp.
egg - 2 pcs.
flour - 6 tbsp.
baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
rast. frying oil
sour cream for serving.
