My Favorite Pumpkin Bread Recipe // Make Ahead and Freeze

I’m sharing my favorite Pumpkin Bread Recipe that is great to freeze ahead.
Recipe:
3 + 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 + 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
2 cups of pumpkin
1/2 cup pecans (optional)
Sift all the dry ingredients together. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients and add to the dry ingredients until batter is well combined. Add nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour 15 minutes. Can also be prepared as muffins or mini loaf pans. I would reduce the cooking time for smaller pans and check after about 45 minutes. Purchase My All-Natural Soaps: www.etsy.com/shop/AlmaApothec...

    Thank you So much for this recipe.I love baking large. Giving is my passion 😊 This video had very low volume for me. Can the microphone be closer? A lot of people's videos are low when too far away. Blessings.P.S. you do a great job with your videos.
