    Do watch the full Rasmussen episode, the first one. It's heart breaking to watch. The man loved the child so much and drove miles for her birth and after that to spend time with her. He also gave child support money to the lady. His love was genuine but the lady's cheering just filled me with disgust. He literally broke down in tears on hearing the verdict. Not every child has a father to love.

  • @mostpassiveuser8904

    @mostpassiveuser8904

    The birth thing was sad I agree but I would have cheered too and I'm a guy. She told him he was not the father. She told him she doesn't need the money ($50 a week). She's raising the child, feeding her, staying with her, waking up 5 times a night to calm her and all that while obviously having a job because you need more than $50 a week to raise a child. Of course she wouldn't want to give her child to some creep ex-boyfriend for 4 hours to play with every week.

  • @padmeshpande7128

    @padmeshpande7128

    3 жыл бұрын

    Yeah, I mean, you seem to have a point, Cheating is wrong, but, he still genuinely loves the girl. And why would he give child support and drove for long distances if he was a bad man. And being an emotional person I gravitated towards the man's side. Watching the clip of him and her daughter's happy moments just melted my heart. My father never did those things with me. So that's where it comes from( which is another different story). Anyway...

  • @memyselfandi7782

    @memyselfandi7782

    3 жыл бұрын

    I watched and this is what I understand. Why would they deny her a DNA test in the first place, idk. Now under the assumption that the court decided that he is the father, I get why he pays child support and drives to meet the daughter. Everyone has a right to not want someone around their child even if they arent doing any harm. She does have a right to not want someone who is not the childs father involved in childs life FIRST. Then if she trusts him, then he could be allowed to step in. HOWEVER, the baby for some reason has his last name, etc. BEFORE she told him the truth. So, he had every right to be ATTACHED and DEDICATED to that child due to the circumstances. Do I have that right? The guy was lied to for quite some time before he was told by the mother. That is sketchy and this is a MESS. I would say that if he loves her and the court allows, he should still in some way be involved in her daughters life because the bond is already there. He seems like a pretty good if not decent father figure in her life and eventhough he is not her Father, he would be a really good father figure. This is overall about the daughter and if she is the reason he went to work everyday, that doesnt change not that he isnt biologically related. Due to her neglagence and lack to recognise the possibility, and the amount of time she took to come forward too much had already been done. Bad timing caused all of this that couldve been far simpler.

He would say he would come pick me up and i would be waiting in a waiting for him to arrive and he would never show up. You obviously dont know the feeling of not having a father figure. Psh i wish my dad was that emotional. This guy has been taking care of that kid like it was his own blood. That baby wasnt even his. Plus she had him paying child support. Idk if u know this but child support is ONLY if your father. She would technically own him back his money. Heck my mom got paid like $70 and never complained the only reason the raised it was because the state found out he was working over time. Now i want u to take that $70 and imagine what it could help out on for a child? I had medical problems as well and still do. Medical fees r NOT cheap

    @@teodora2979 $50 a week? That doesn't help whatsoever. You have to have some sense of scale here. $50 is nothing. The Mom is spending a ton more money for her kid. Taking care of a kid 24/7 is the real hard work. Sacrificing your own happiness, time and career is the real hard work. The father is doing none of that. You'll understand that when you have children of your own. He just comes in 4 hours a week and pays $50 like a movie ticket. She can easily do without the $50 and the hassle of taking her daughter to meet this guy who she knows is not the father but he won't accept it.
