Hello everyone! I hope you are all having a great day so far. After taking some time off for a month, I am back with a video that I made in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia some time ago. I hope you don't forget me yet and still find my video to be enjoyable :D I was lucky to have Foogie and Amalia accompanied me during this excursion of trying the delicious Nasi Lemak, and more over to have the access to the kitchen! I witnessed how the owner himself taught me how to make nasi lemak from the beginning. I genuinely enjoyed eating the food and think that it was really delicious Some of Malaysian may say this isn't the best, but to me, I am happy enough to taste this one. Thank you Vinny! This was recorded back in early June just after leaving China before arriving in Indonesia. Yess, I was lucky that I spoke a little bit of Chinese as it suddenly changed the lady boss' attitude straight away LOL. It was indeed delicious, I believe you can find nasi lemak in the UK somewhere at the Asian restaurant :D

Another great video Syifa. Noticed the hair colour also. Nice. And the food looked mega tasty. That’s another place I wanna visit.

Hahaha, awesome video! I love your facial expressions when you're eating the food, and it was nice of the owners to let you into the kitchen. So great to see a new video!! I missed you.

I agree, some people just have more expressive faces and Syifa has the 'good' face where even if the taste is bad the facial expression lets you know but isn't terrible itself.

Hahaha Kris! I did genuinely enjoyed the food as it has been months I haven't eaten proper Malaysian food that taste very similar to Indonesian, and it simply made me happy. Yes, the owner agreed to allow us entering the kitchen after I said something a little bit in Chinese ;-p Missed you too!

There are plenty of Nasi Lemak restaurant in Kuala Lumpur but I find that this restaurant's fried chicken is so tender yet crispy. It has a balanced taste between savory, salty and a bit sweet. Yeay Madie! Nasi Uduk is a common food that Jakartians eat for a breakfast (very heavy indeed). You should try Nasi Lemak too, probably easily found in Oz. Tell me how you like it :) See you on my next video.

It *does* look good! I'm about to do a google search for Malaysian restaurants in Los Angeles, and if there aren't any I'm going to find out how to make this.

I really like the experience going in the kitchen. So good to see how rice got steam cooked with coconut milk.

Asyik2 nasi lemak. Bosan la. Cuba la makan gulai tempoyak ikan patin ke, laksam ke, sotong sumbat ke, masak lemak cili api daging salai ke, asam laksa, laksa johor, laksa sarawak, ayam percik, makanan sabah havana, ambuyat dll. nasi lemak je ke yg ada kat Malaysia ni. Ish...
