If I worked at Konami I'd get to work on a whole archtype and batch of support for Avian. Avian control back in the early days of Yugioh was one of my favorite decks.

Lamest* anyone can splash Vision hero and Destiny and make a good deck. Literally anyone even a monkey could make the deck decent for locals. Make Pure Neos/vanilla hero Viable as is. That’s true skill
