As far as “realness” goes, they are probably my most favorite BL ship along with JeffGame. They don’t seem very fanservicey, like their interactions feel very genuine in my opinion. That’s why it’s a bit confusing for me when some people say they don’t like this ship.. personally, I feel that some ships are only as popular as they are because of the amount of fanservice and a lot of Thai BL in particular starts to remind me too much of Kpop fanservice. Very gimmicky, I guess if I had to pick a word for it. (Kpop stans please don’t come for me, I was a Kpop stan during the second wave with 5HINee as my biases😭) While with Mii2, to me they seem to have real chemistry, like they are GENUINE friends outside of acting. I’ve seen speculation that they are a real couple but until it is confirmed I’m not going to hop on that and sound/look delulu because I’ve not seen ANY real evidence to support those claims. All I’ll say on that is it wouldn’t really surprise me that much because of how genuinely close they seem to be. I’ve used the word ‘genuine’ a lot here because I think that’s the best word to describe these two together for me.. genuine friendship, chemistry, love, etc. I seriously love these two SO much. 🥺
