@@ThairishTimes no way anyone tops this guy. None. BUT...someone even half as interesting will still blow most youtube content out of the water. Mostly it's same same, but same. Not a spark of life, just shooting amazing places or peddling bullshit. 90% of it is really not accessible to those without a boatload of money. Now...if some of em would show stuff we COULD do, and places we can live for a while (not these 50-100 dollar places that litter the country or the mass produced tourist traps they continually build) THAT would be new and of interest methinks. Find me a guy that lives in a cheap place and goes to a local Thai food place and hangs out even at the 7/11 drinkin Leo with some regular guys. Those interviews/vids would interest me. If you were married to him I fear you'd have to 😂😂 But yeah, I enjoyed these interviews. Not sure how much of it is gospel, but I'm sure it's gospel to him by now as is the case with all of us in fairness, we all have our own versions in our minds of things that happened in the past which are likely to deviate quite a bit over time from what actually happened. My ex was consular staff and they just don't speak or act that way. But I don't really care, I'd rather have an entertaining embellished story than a dull rigidly factual one.

Congratulations on another fantastic video Pete!! I haven’t watched Paul’s other episodes but I’m glad I saw this one and I will go back and watch the others. Paul sounds like an amazing guy. Again, I’m proud that Thailand is a place where people can find themselves in and happy and proud that Paul’s Thai wife was instrumental in his well being. I also love his comment about Buddhism in general and in Thailand and I agree with his assessments. A Buddha is a human being with ills and worries but he takes on life challenges and transform them into opportunities for growth while moving onward that the true brilliance of the state of Buddhahood shines forth. A Buddha is someone who is always striving. A famous quote from a renounced Buddhist teacher. To me, this is Buddhism. Happy Mother’s Day!!
