In general speaking, Ugandan are the most polite and friendly people I have ever come across. It is just the government shitting and peeing on them. The majority are not getting help. Those who are in charge looting and stealing from poor people. As beautiful as it is , roads are needed for locals to transport their products to the market. I walked 2 km to see some people just the car can not make it. No road. The government should focus on roads and the rest will follow.
