Just bought the Alpha 15nm, GTS wheel, sigma cortex and P1000 pedals. So hyped!

Thanks so much for the video 😊 I solely play on PS5, so your videos are hugely helpful. I have already ordered (but not yet received) an Alpha 15nm, GTS Leather wheel, Sigma Cortex, P1000 pedals, DS-8X Shifter and TB-1 Handbrake for my first ever rig..... and already have received (but not built) my Trak Racer TR120 with 55" LG TV..... and I'm soooooo tempted to now order a GT Neo and Simagic USB Hub too!!!! Finally someone who helps people. Also know gt7 ffb has gogten worse the sigma made things better but then gt7 came out with an uodate that reduced ffb in there game alot. Its effected all bases. Any other game will feel amazing.

I am getting the entire Simagic Ecosystem and Sigma CC for my PS5...... would you say I would need to plug in each item separately into my PC to update the Firmware and Settings or could I just use the Simagic USB Hub and connect the base straight into my PC to update the Firmware?..... I believe that you can plug the Sigma straight into a PC too???..... Note: my PC is old and only has USB 2.0 and is NOT a gaming PC.... will I be ok to update Firmware on it? Alright cool so.. i have questions. 1. I have a fanatec csl elite ps4 and i have a SRM emulator. Do u think i could connect my GT Neo to this separately and use it for button input while using the fanatec base to drive? 2. Is this only for simagic bases? 3. Is the simagic hub a requirement? Or can i use any usb hub?

It’s designed to work with a Simagic base using a Simagic hub. I don’t think that would work out well.

I have a ps4. Im planning to buy an alpha mini base , gt neo wheel & for pedals p1000 or p2000. Straight out of the box. What do i need to update or do to play in gt7 or asseto corsa in playstation?

I heard that p2000 it's not supported by sigma get the p1000

hello, do i need usb canbus hub to connect it? I thought that i need only sigma cortex and my ps5 can't recognize p2000 and calibrate them

can I use the Sigma Controller just for the pedals? Because I have a Fanatec Wheelbase and it is PS5 compatible, only the P1000 is not! Thanks

I believe the Sigma Cortex is only for if you have the whole Simagic Suite/Ecosystem. So no, sorry, I don't think it will work.

Hello. Thanks for the video. Can we calibrate the buttons on the PC software (color and function) so that it works on ps5 for playing ACC or gt7. If you play ACC, can you calibrate the buttons in the game ?

Color yes! You can do that in the sim manager software on pc. What do you mean by function? Key bindings?

@@chambefrog colors are saved to the wheel. They will carry over. I never tried to change bindings unfortunately.

Hey, do know if the sigma cortex and all the simagic gear will work properly on WRC on PS5?

I don’t have WRC, it does work for The Crew Motorfest. Someone in simagic discord will know the answer. Simagic has a Facebook group that’s very helpful as well.

How did you get the gt neo to connect to ps5 I keep pressing the buttons you said towards the end and nothing the sigma is on v1.1.5

It’s in the video at towards the end. It’s the 3rd button down on the upper right hand side.

Can u explain what firmware what improved the ffb ? The sigma firmware ?

It’s a lot more smoother. The force feedback for previously firmware wasn’t as smooth. They pretty much cleaned up the ffb with this recent update.

Yessir, it reads as a fanatec device. So anything that will work with fanatec is optimal.

@@jaythehybridyt9031With the Firmware Beta 1.1.5 my Simagic Wheel GTS turns always to the right when starting a race in ACC. In GT7 it‘s perfect. So I downdated the firmware to 1.0.20 and ACC works fine but in GT7 the wheel is recognized as a Logitech G29/G923. 😣

You need to update all equipment on pc before using. That can be done with simagic simpro manager software.

@jaythehybridyt9031 does the simpro manager requires a powerful computer to run? Can u explain how to do the update? Do I need to update the pedals ,wheels & base all separately or all in one go? Beside updating , do I need to do any pedal calibration ? Can u do a video on how to connect the simagic magic equipment for update thanks

@@kennylee2860 what kind of pc? I don’t know if you can update on a MacBook. Updating is very easy. Base is plug into pc and detected in software. It will tell you what needs to be updating individually from direct usb connection. Everything will have a firmware update. You will want to calibrate the pedals, handbrake, shifter etc.
