Tekken is very technical for sure and at a high level is likely a contender for the most difficult fighting game to master, but Tekken 8 is by far the most approachable title for newcomers. They put all sorts of tools in the game to help you learn while wrapping it up in its own mini story mode. You can also do stuff like save replays and take control of your character at any point during the replay, with the game giving you tips for what could have punished the opponent at any given time. There's also super ghost battle which is dope. But yeah overall even if you aren't trying to grind and get good you can still have fun, especially with some of the new mechanics like heat mode and special style
