1st unassembled all small bolts on the jackshaft and screw them back in with locktite red let it cure then put it on the surron

What about the Evolution jackshaft on the EMX site. Is that Gen 5 or 4? It looks different then yours. And AliExpress has one that looks exactly the same as the evolution one. Are they the same?

The gen 4 has more bolts and the gen 5 is a full 1 piece jackshaft and I don’t believe they are the same

What is the weight compared to the stock one? Lighter is better in the drive train

This is slightly heavier then stock but not by much

To be fair the manufacturer isn't a big manufacturer, the guy is an enthusiast and makes small batches, it's very likely he is always trying to improve the product so each batch gets tweaked and improved, performance parts especially custom small batch should not be looked at like a finished product in Walmart that has millions of dollars backing it's research and design. Now I am sympathetic with the issues you have encountered, however simply taking the extra time setting up the product before installing ie: strong loctite or staking the screw head would have never made an issue of loosening up. If this was a completely finished product I would presume it would be closer to $300 not $150 as you said it is a high quality product. I appyyour concern and your outreach to the community but I think it shades the creater in a bad light without all the facts known. Keep up the great work!

@@jaystyles33 did you have to put a tube in it or a tubeless one. Are the front tires the same as the back? I am assuming these fit the stock rim to the Sur Ron. I am looking to buy street tires and the ones you have are the best so far

Yes I do have a tube in them and yes the front and back are the same size the front barley fits but it does

I purchased one in June 2023 for 95. dollars plus 49. shipping. It blew apart in August and bent my jackshaft axel and my Warp 9 420 drive. Then I asked for a replacement and was told wait for December new version will be out. Well December comes along and I am asked to purchase a 10. token for shipping. I have already dumped 150. or so dollars into this thing and they want 10. more?? Then I get a message saying if I use a discount code and buy the overpriced bash guard he will send the jackshaft replacement with that order. Which is absurd bad business practice in my opinion. The jackshaft is unsafe and left me stranded and out about 300. total to replace all the components it ruined. But hey pay 10. more or buy more overpriced Chinese SURRON shit like a sucker. IM sick of the aftermarket SURRON price gouge for cheap Chinese crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK ASS AND THE PARTS ARE DANGEROUS AND THEY DO NOT STAND BUY IT JUST WANT MORE AMERICAN DOLLARS.
