This is my experience at Samma Karuna's Awakening & Breathwork Program.
The program is demanding both physically and emotionally, to say the least, but it is abundantly rewarding spiritually. I would strongly recommend it.
The location is amazing. Island itself offers a beautiful energy of ease, harmony and gentleness.
The lunch and breakfast served at Samma Karuna are simple, light and satvik. I loved the program and food's impact on my physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
I didn't use the rooms, so I cannot share my views on them. I used one of the neighbouring hotels.
