Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Hey guys! I know this is a little different than the type of videos I normally make, but I think that no matter who you are, if you're a human on planet earth you have at some time dealt with anxiety, depression or if you're a woman - PMS - and PMDD is an extension of PMS that can cause significant problems in one's life.
Today I'm sharing with you how PMDD affects me and the things that have truly helped me to not only cope with it but live my best life with it.

OMG I feel you girl! The "lightswitch" dicription is just too accurate. It's the same for me. Thank you for making this validating video.
Such an educational video. I had PMS/PMDD for many years. Not much was known about it nor help available. I’m a completely new person now that I have gone thru menopause! It’s so important to so many women to have a video like this that is educational, supportive and hopeful. You did a great job!❤️❤️❤️

This is such a great video, I know during my pmdd days I suddenly want to make all these huge life decisions, not a good idea

Yes I’ve been there. Stay strong 💗 save those decisions :) write them down and make yourself a promise to come back to them later. The problems won’t go away in a few days, but in a few days you’ll be better equipped to deal with them. 💕
Thank you ❤ My PMDD is life altering. Only relief is when my period actually starts. I hope youre doing well ❤
I’m 100% sure I have PMDD also. And just like what you said, it feels like a major depressive episode and then after the first day (sometimes the second day for me), almost every symptom subsides and I’m okay! It does creep back in sometimes after it goes away initially, but it’s never as bad as it is right before I start bleeding. Thank you for posting this video, it helps me feel less alone here. I don’t know anyone close to me who gets it as badly as I do, and it has made me feel like I’m just too sensitive or over exaggerating how I feel. But no, you hit the nail right on the head here
Unfortunately my extreme fatigue and social isolation during this week stops me from going to the gym. I go the other three weeks but maybe something I can do indoors like yoga would help during PMDD week for me. 🤷🏻♀️

Exercise DVDs have been my lifeline. They're happy and smiling and sometimes I feel like they help lift me up and I can laugh and smile with them. There are for sure a few days a month I don't smile with them cuz life is SO impossible with pmdd but I PUSH THROUGH and tell myself to keep moving keep moving.
I'm glad I found this video! Now I feel less lonely
Thank you so much for this video! I have struggled with PMDD for years now, and it seems like it has been getting worse every year. I heard that it’ll get even worse once you hit your thirties. It’s such a difficult condition to live with. Thank you for the helpful tips and for making me feel less alone 🤍😭

Yes I can vouch it definitely has gotten worse in my 30’s!! ❤️
I have been suffering from extreme PMDD for 4 years now and It has gotten so much worse and I felt like two seperate people. I have researched everything into PMDD and nothing has made me feel better. After watching this video I feel so uplifted and it has put so simply on things we can do. When you mentioned about not scheduling important things and not making plans during when you dont feel so good do you have any tips on how to avoid having to justify yourself to people and not getting guilty for saying no to people especilly close family, in laws, friends and work? Thank you for this video I have learnt so much

I appreciate you so much for making this video for us ladies with PMDD. We have so many similarities and it’s nice to not be alone in this.
Great video. Much needed as some people don’t understand Pms let alone the extreme version. 🌸
I love how you explained why you're not in camera, and your explanations are on point. Thank you❤

Absolutely. These days I can tolerate a couple ounces of a nice dry white wine as an occasional thing but I wouldn’t want any more than that or on a regular basis.
Thank you! I need to hear this information!

I do have a formal diagnosis. Yeah, basically, it affects day to day life (during that time) SO much more. Get a good psychiatrist if yall think you might have it. And work on regulating the basics (exercise, diet, and sleep).
Thanks so much for sharing - I can definitely relate 🤍

Thanks a lot for this, it’s so relatable, planning around this helps, except when you’ve got OSCEs that week 😢
Thankyou this is really helpful.
Thank you for this video ❤
Thanks for sharing 💙
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with these conditions. I like many women, I am sure, have that in various degrees and knowing how to cope isn’t easy. If you could share more about your experience with taking antidepressant, I know I would really appreciate it a lot. Also, if perfumes were could be therapeutic and which ones. I know they help me a lot. Hugs!

Love this video self care that is what I’m working on myself now
I suspect I have PMDD because right before my period I tend to get suicidal and don’t want to go on/become very hateful and grumpy. Its crazy how being proactive firing that week might just help. Thanks for the video
Very sound advice.
Thid is me!!!!! Wow, thank you for video!!!
Thank you for sharing. So glad I'm not alone in this. ❤ One thing that is life changing for my PMDD is a supplement called Jubilance. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with PMDD.

Honestly, sometimes it’s the most painful thing and so hard to do depending on the day and current life circumstances. But I always feel better even if I get just 15 to 20 mins of a workout in. But I know there will be days when I just can’t get myself there, so I try to go consistently during my good days:)
Did you end up doing a video on the medication you took temporarily? I would like to hear that.
i m going through it ryt now.
do you reccomend any help for getting sleep? When my symptoms start I won’t sleep for days no matter what I do
I just started taking a Chasteberry supplement. Hoping it helps with my irritability this month! I also am making sure to take a god quality multivitamin as well.
I am a coffee lover as well ☕️☕️🌸
I am having my worst time now . I want to get better
❤❤❤ pms is sometimes difficult. Loved that you made this video about your self. I know life is not easy, but when we grow we can do that change that we need in our life. I am thankful that I don’t have pms that hard, but my heart goes to you 🙏🏻❤️ and I am happy that you can do that change in plans when the hard time comes.

Before my period, I will cry a lot, or I will get mad without any reason. I just can’t help it. My husband doesn’t like it & will say you should know how to handle your emotions. He doesn’t help me, he will make me feel worse 😢
it's so severe it affects my career 😢
Has anyone tried the pill for it or an antidepressant... Dr sugest these
Does anyone find that certain external circumstance can trigger there PMDD?
I’m struggling with it big time 😢
I got diagnosed today. The guilt and shame is unbearable.
I suffer from bad pmdd
mine doesnt go away during my period but does after?
As soon as I started my period at 12 pmdd started for me

I had a quite dysfunctional past from about age 8 to ... I guess 20 ish years old was when things began to improve for me, alot of family dynamics etc - so I have always struggled to some extent with mental health issues. I had post partum depression with both children and my mental health is significantly better now than it was years ago. It's just that PMDD that remains. I am not sure if I had it before childbirth 💗 Because things were generally tough at those times in my life.
💙
I have PMDD it’s a nightmare and I’m 40 YO I’ve noticed it gets even worse with age I suffer immensely 😢😢

Always reach out if you are struggling, save some numbers in your phone in case you need to talk to someone, dont go it alone xxx
Nothing helps pmdd believe me , only a hysterectomy can resolve it but even that sends you straight into full blown menopause, I’m 55 had pmdd since age 16 had pmdd 35 years , believe me I know my stuff, I’m in perimenopause now and literally bedridden with symptoms literally can’t function defiantly 💯 worse in peri , I cant wait for full blown menopause for pmdd to end 🤞🏼
how many sexual partners?
Love this video, Thank you so much for your help and concern for others!! 🤍
