LOL..Mumbai is a city of dreams for people from BIMARU states. One big slum. I have no complaints though, my flat in Oshiwara gets a monthly rental of Rs. 90,000. I live in Kerala and laugh at these fools. They want to live in a supposedly posh area and generally live on credit. They think having a credit card is a status symbol, ask them chutta 10 rupees, they dont have. LOL.
After having spent 4 years of my career in Mumbai, I have recently moved to Gurgaon and your video so effortlessly captures everything I miss about Mumbai. I am overwhelmed with emotions after watching the video. Life here in Gurgaon is comparatively slower than Mumbai and kind of more chill but the people in Mumbai having moved themselves from different parts of the country struggling through their lives are just a small talk away to embrace you whole heartedly. The city teaches you lessons that no other city can ❤. Awesome video Sarthak 👏

What a fitting closing line Sarthak. As an ex mumbai migrant from MP i can relate with a lot of stuff that was covered in this video. Mumbai has something that will leave a positive impact on you and the city that never stops will always have a spot in your heart. Have you ever landed in Mumbai at 4 a.m.??? The moment you get out of the airport, the smell is of excreta (shit)..It hits you so bad. Yuk. Then in the day you see a lot of poor people tumbling out of trains and stinking to high heaven. HORRIBLE. This is like saying my pig sty is better than yours, nevertheless a pig sty...

Im a student studying in mumbai , I am from a small city in maharashtra , and I must say that mumbai used to be city of dreams but now there is hustle everywhere , city is more crowded and engeged . people here are more materialistic , they dont care what their neighbour is doing , this is exact same bad fact that my mom used to told me when I was kid about this metropolitian cities.

#Mumbai i personally travel from local train in mumbai for going classes everyday from the past 1 year (i m a NEET aspirant) and i believe local plays an drastic role in my journey , i have seen people crying in train some r just looking outside with tears in their eyes some r struggling to sell snacks so that they can bring a food on their plates, some r just surviving the day with a heavy bag on their shoulders where as someone is well dressed n going to meet their loves ones and then there is me studying in train😅......also aap abhi bhi mumbai me h to aaiye kabhi kurla ghar pr biryani khane (saman sambhal kr rakhna aate waqt)

As a mumbaikar, we have been avid traveller's of local train for the last 15 years. There are so many people who have a fix train in morning, will aboard the same train and meet the same set of people who eventually become friends. I have seen people play games like UNO, 3 patti; while also having discussion on topics varying from politics to culture, sports. Best part is I can know what's other people opinion and not have to worry about offending them while I put forward my opinions as I anyways might not meet them again. Its cheapest, fastest and most preferred mode of transportation you might as well see VVIPs traveling once in a while. 😂 Mumbai cannot be defined without the locals being an integral part of it.
I normally don't comment..but this small docu/interview series on Bombay locals was really well made and the words and music in the end were simply beautiful.. Great work by You and your TEAM.
