He left you and therefore should have no claim on the house as you were the one who kept it up and worked so hard to have what this. He is looking for your money. Please always keep it in a very safe place where no one can see or find it. Be aware of the old ladies daughter in law she is very evil and needs to be put in jail. She is the one who called your ex husband. You need to stay clear of such people. You need peace in your life. Not all this drama. It was nice and peaceful other than the wicked woman that come around and bother her all the time it was more or less drama free and now you’re bringing an ex-husband.
