This song reached me after our third lost pregnancy. Holding our only son and seeing his endearing smile and laughter is a beautiful gift amid our sorrow. Masterpiece. The most accessible My Epic has ever sounded, while never losing sight of the profound.

We moved to Louisville, KY in 2021 for seminary. This is a rad neighborhood. A great testament to family and start to a new My Epic era. Stoked to see all that is coming.

One of the reasons I love Valleyheart so much is because they remind me of My Epic. This song is a perfect example of a song that feels perfectly My Epic and Valleyheart.

Tooth and Nail couldn't have added a better band on this whole planet. This song speaks to me, and it's gonna speak to many!

Beautiful, as a parent and a kid who recently lost one of my beloved parents this hits me in a way I didn’t expect to be hit. This is so nostalgic, very smashing pumpkins 1979 vibes, cracks me wide open. You guys are insanely talented. Some art is just other worldly, tapping into something unseen and unexplained only felt. You guys know exactly what I mean. God bless.

Phenomenal. Filmed in slow-mo, which means Aaron had to be singing this super fast to edit play back his singing at normal speed. The planning required to get the timing of this effect is impressive! Thanks to Portland neighborhood for giving us a window into your joyous lives. Friendly and hard-working neighborhood, squirt guns, sparklers, bikes and skateboards on the street take me back to my small-town childhood. The slowmo effect reminds me that life happens fast around you sometimes. Slow down and focus on what's good in the present, folks! Build those memories!

Let us know what other songs you end up loving by My Epic. They don't usually have joyful songs, they tend to be contemplative, profound, and of course generally epic. This is their second most joyful song outside of childbodybride.

That’s 26th and Slevin. I grew up on 25th and St. Cecilia. I was small with a heavy heart, one with which I still struggle to lift. My heart not half as heavy as most. I hope that all kids find love and happiness to help carve a path out of heavy circumstances handed down generation after generation. Much love and strength to those working to lift themselves up ❤. Man I just cried. As someone who grew up in Portland , went to JB Atkinson . I still have family in Portland but I got out. I had struggled with substance abuse and it’s been 10 years this New Year’s Eve! Great song , with great lyrics to make people feel the emotions behind the song. Plus music has healed a lot of open wounds for me. Thank you guys for this !

They're back!

I am just so frustrated with Tooth And Nail Records horrible decision to not release this album on CD. 😖 My Epic is one of my most cherished bands and yet knowing I will be excluded from buying and owning their new album in my CD collection just kills the excitement I should be experiencing. This song sounds great from what I can hear through my tiny 6S phone speakers but it truly sucks if this will be the only way I can listen to this album if it doesn’t get released on CD. 😞

@@brycewalburn3926 Thank you, I appreciate that. I don’t have any headphones but I don’t think it would take away the sting of not being able to own this album. Plus, with me already having hearing trouble after chronic inner ear infections, I don’t know how good it would be for me to use headphones. I just know that on my CD player the sound is really good and that is how I already enjoy all of the other My Epic albums. But once again, I really do appreciate the offer. 🙂
