Excellent. Kind of relieved actually. A few days ago I bought parts for putting together my own build something that I haven't done in 15 years. The main difference being x670 Mobo and 850w psu. I've not bought a graphics card yet. With the Radeon here the total should be roughly the same.

I have the 5600X3D with a 6700XT overclocked to 6750XT core clock. I am getting a little better performance in the games but your build crushes my bench scores. I went upgrade over rebuild because it was only $450 for next gen performance in games. The 5600X3D represented a rare cherry on top of the future proof upgrade path I was hoping for when I built the original system 5 years ago. See you on 8000 series :)

@@jordanash Lol, You misunderstand. I upgraded an original 2019 2600X/5600XT AM4 build to a 3600X/5700XT upgrade in 2022 and currently I just wrapped up another upgrade to 5600X3D/6700XT. Five years of great gaming at incredible value that competes well with much more expensive parts, AM4 is by far the best platform I have experienced in my 25 years in DIY PC gaming on multiple levels.

Ah I see. AM5 is set to be here for a decade, so hopefully that success will continue on that when you next upgrade.

You're *very* unlikely to get a *quality* 2TB under that price. Closest I can find is this - amzn.to/3SfZ8rk

i have a msi gaming x 3060 ti and have been pretty happy with it but the 6750 xt would have been what i would have gotten if it had been released when i built my pc

Does the GPU have coil whine or does it make weird noise ?

This card is prone to some, but the amount and it effecting you is mainly down to where you'll position the pc. For example I'm using this build for work at the moment, it's under the desk and I can't hear the whine at all.

No worries. With a decent PSU it'll be fine to do that, Corsair are great.

You can get a 7600/6950XT build for just over $1600 now, so i’d definitely go for that over a 6750XT.
