My grandma who passed away a few years ago has jewelry from pretty much all over the world so when my grandpa is ready we get to pick out a few pieces as keepsakes. I'm so excited because I've always loved jewelry because of my grandma . 💕

I buy gold jewellery for the same reason…the idea of my pieces having like a legacy and being able to pass them on to my children or grandchildren. I inherited a beautiful ring from my granny and she bought me my first piece of gold jewellery so it means a lot to me and I think it’s lovely ❤️

As a person who loves jewellery and piercings myself it was very insightful to watch, I have seven piercings altogether, currently fighting the urge not to get any more 😂. But I feel like we’re very similar in a sense because I’m a lot like my grandma she loves jewellery, My mum says I get it from her, my love of jewellery that is. It’s nice to watch a video that I can relate to because like you, I hold a lot of sentiment to my jewellery that’s why I’m so obsessed with it.

When i first discovered you in 2018 I fell in love with your vibe and you inspired me to curate my ears too. BIG SAME on taking the hoop out of my conch. It looked so cool but never healed. I even bought the luxury Maria Tash diamond nose hoop you had, most expensive piece of jewelry i ever bought myself haha xo EDIT: OMG! i have that solid gold cherub pendant too! i wear it every day on a big figaro chain. i also have the st christopher pendant but its on a gold ring. i reminded myself a couple years ago to not go broke trying to have all real gold so i mix it up like you do

I have been waiting on this video for years!! I;m also a cancerian and absolutely love gold jewellery! I've only gotten like 3 real gold pieces (one being a diamond & sapphire ring from my granny) but I have bought a few pieces from Hey Harper & Luamaya that aren't real gold but are waterproof & the colour doesn't fade (tarnish). Just another wee option for those of us who can't actually afford all the gold & diamonds quite yet! I turn 30 next year and I plan on treating myself to a wee piercing from Maria Tash!!

I inherited my nans jewellery box when she passed and it has the most amazing old style pieces and the smell of the suedette box gives me lots of lovely memories, I wore her pearls on my wedding day 😊 xx

Definitely agree re the gold, I got so sick of keep having to change my gold plated ones when they went off coloured. Apart from my first holes' more expensive ones, I've got all my earrings from Seoul and gold, they're pretty affordable for anyone looking for solid gold ans I've had them in a couple of years mostly. They also do gold plating with free re plating, but I havent tried that. P.s. you've made me want to get another ear piercing now! 😆
