Hey Michael, I know this is a small and nerdy thing to compliment you on, but your color grading in your vids is legitimately some of the best I've ever seen on this site. It's always so vibrant, warm, or cool whenever the tone of the video calls for it. Not sure if you edit these yourself but they are definitely eye candy every time I see you post.

That Officer's coat is a banger indeed. Surprised you don't have a Schott 519 in your collection anymore. I think I would feel like part of my soul had been ripped out if I let mine go.

Your philosophy on jacket collecting seems quite similar to mine one watches. I want to have as few as possible, but have each one serving a particular purpose or aesthetic function in my wardrobe. The thing I like about your channel is you could make a video about anything and make it interesting.

Much respect on the effort in putting this great content together as you can see a lot of work went in. In regards to 3Sixteen officer coat you could create the illusion of being taller by getting a good tailor to take a couple of inches off the bottom of the coat.

Mate, I’d recommend picking up a fabric shaver for around the collar of the Lodenfrey, etc. It’ll remove all of that piling and make it look brand new.

Dear Mr Iron Snail, I'm in the market for a Schott cafe racer and found your channel while looking for reviews. Then I binge watched. Like you, I have a closet full of jackets but only a few are worth a mention...Filson Short Lined Cruiser and an Orvis barn coat....the rest are function over form...but there are some good ones! I have a vintage Wilson leather motorcycle jacket that I bought 30 years ago. It was already used when I bought it so it's got a story to tell. Back then I was as cool as the jacket but today, not so much. The jacket spends all it's time in the closet. And, to (finally) get to the point, I'm wondering how you handle long term storage (not necessarily 30 years, but maybe from season to season) of your jackets? Specifically, leather. Thanks!

Micheal, have been enjoying your journey and your clothing dialogue. Being a dude who lives in New York City and gone through a lot of coats and jackets myself, let me add my 2 cents. You only need one great denim jacket…let the rest go. The most invaluable jacket I own here is a baracuta g9. Get that jacket! It can be repaired at tailor shops in NYC, sheds, rain, is a great piece to layer, and you will look great in it. I am 5’9” 150lbs and a 38 is perfect. Since you own too much blue already get a green G9. Can’t wait for the vid you make of the g9 in the future and don’t get a replica. Get the real deal. Less than 250 is a deal and less than 175 is a steal. Cheers man and see you in the streets KK

LOL I have 3 jackets, Levis type iii, Tanuki double indigo type iii and Iron Heart 526pj 21oz, but my go to is the Tanuki atm in the future ill move onto iron heart whatever you do, never sell the tanuki double indigo type ii and sugarcane, those are great jackets, i remember you doing videos on also check out Slaxx 2020 movie, Bahzad recommended it
