Wow the wife is well organized and on top of her game 🙏🏾
I would consider setting up a shipping table in the first unit and at least get everything boxes and peanuts/bubble wrapped while you are there. If you had shipping labels already printed you could basically process everything while you are there and then just drop off at usps or ups whatever you use. Great set up!!!

yes shipping labels are easy to print now so i would have everything shipped in the unit then drop off on the way home

Wow I love the set up and in addition to a shipping table I suggest a vidmar type of cabinet for the products in the containers. Honestly, any small item can be in the vidmars, it can improve your organization system.
As a long term shipper, I can attest that shipping cost has gotten outrageous. I've done that job for over 20 years and you are so right about the cost. Great setup on your inventory!
Wow!..now that is what you called a well organized inventory system...love it!😊

Yes! Thank you!
Way more organized and OCD than me. Great job. Luv how you track you items.
This is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing this with us! Love you guys!
WOW! I have to praise you for your routing of the material!!! A lot of thinking has to go into it!! 🤗♥️🙏🏼
Talk about having the business together! Very well organized and that helps the business run so much better! Great job!
Well organized Kicks Couple! Thanks for sharing!
I hail from Anderson, In! (Now in NC). I think one of the most important pieces is a sound SKU system...My lady and I had a difference in opinion in what was an easy system. But we came up with something that works for us both. All the best!
Wow! I like how the year is numbered. Thanks for the tour.
Holy Moly! I love how organize it is! Im ocd and if anything is not where it needs to be or see a mess i go crazy but this want to make me work for you lol! Love seeing Becky in her element I miss her own channel! Thank you for giving us a vlog day in your work day.
I had wondered what your system looked like. Thanks for showing us!
this is nice. If you ever watched any of my earlier videos....probably not because i am still small...but i do funko and designer toy videos. I start my channel out of my 10x10 storage locker here in Houston, it had no electricity so i had to bring a battery starter that had a plug to plug in my ring light. lol I upgraded to a 10x30, which was huge! So much space! But i recently bought a house and moved out of the locker because it was getting dangerous and too many stores of people getting their lockers robbed..
This is actually so cool to see the behind the scenes stuff. I use to run an eBay store and I sold rv stove ranges and microwaves. I miss it!
Thanks for letting us know what goes into ordering to shipping. A lot of work!
This was really cool to see your setup. Thanks for sharing!!
Wow, such a great system!
I admire your organization skills!!! Great video, as always!
Thanks for sharing, very informative
Amazing !
Well organized guys, makes a lot of us both jealous and lazy in our need to organize and clean better. Your hair looks great Becky.
Wow Becky has everything so well organized. I dont think I know anyone as organized as you.
Very organized!
Very cool video to see how things work behind the scenes. Thanks for sharing!
Live the video your wife has a great system im so impressed.great to see behind the scenes thank you.
This was a really good video, I love you guys so much, I think you have an awesome system, please don’t stop the videos, they help me with my mental health and keep me going, thanks!
Very cool
Awesome tour, thanks for showing behind the scene stuff.
Great video fellow Hoosiers. I used to work out at Amazon in Whitestown. Your shelving inventory system is very similar to how Amazon stowe's merchandise.
I like the idea of labeling the shelf!! I just label the totes - but labeling the shelf is brilliant
Wow, rally cool to see "behind the scenes" like this. Great video.
Thank you for the tour it was great!!!
You are super organised Becky! 😊
I like your tote numbering system. I’m going to start that. It’s so much simpler. Thank you for showing how you guys do it.

Thanks for the info
One of the best videos to date...love the behind the scenes videos!!!
A storage unit used in a manner that makes fiscal sense, great insight, more power to ye 👍
Well organized. Smart.
Shipping is crazy 😜!! I paid $17.05 for a 1lb 12.20 oz to Oregon from Louisville Kentucky!! Insane
condense into one unit, get sturdier racks, use bins, stack to ceiling, statt using your cubic footage available
I think someone deserves a raise!
That was very interesting. Thank you.
i liked the video and i thank you system is a great one. Thanks for the tour
Your wife looks so beautiful today, not creepin' just wanted to let her know! Thanks for sharing your storage unit😂
Really love this video❤ been wanting to see something like this for a long time, hopeto see more like it😊
Nice that was the knife I bought and cup for my niece.
Becky has it all covered, some great tips for anyone pallet selling
Shipping in Canada is even worse! $15 is pretty much the starting point for a package. So crazy! Thanks for the great video!

I know, I have friends in Canada and in Ireland, and it costs a fortune to ship anything. I know a couple of years ago I sent a small metal sign that said, "Wolf Crossing" on it to Ireland. The item itself was less than $20, but the shipping (the cheapest one that had tracking) was $50. Needless to say, I don't ship items to them very often. When you showed the coat, I said, "Hey! That's the same one I bought from you off Ebay a month or so ago!" Nice coat and warm
Becky, you are a women after my own heart. Love your system... ❤
So awesome.
Scale, I like your style.
Becky you are a business women. You have got it together.
Thanks for the behind the scenes look that was pretty cool
Love your system!
This level of neat organization pleases my slightly OCD mind. :D
Time is not replaceable and we only get so much of it. We never know when our time runs out. Time is the most valuable thing in life. Spend it wisely.
Thanks for this video! Subscribed and will watch more. I would like to move to a storage unit, but I also work a job that has me gone for 12 hours during the day so on those days I could only go into my unit 6 am / 9pm which would make me nervous.
Interesting. Thanks for sharing! I like your system!!

Love it! Also love unboxings
You can save some money and get you a couple 40' Shipping Containers at your house, the Insulated ones are more money but for long term storage they are well worth it and very Secure too. Nice Inventory Set Up Becky:)

I’m sure one reason they don’t keep the inventory at their house anymore is security. Who would want to have that kind of temptation for burglars although I’m sure Clint would make anyone regret breaking into their house. 😂

Im sure the neighbours would love 2 massive shipping containers in their street. Where would you put them on the roof? What a ridiculous suggestion.
It's very interesting to see this side of the business.
I enjoyed this video! Nice setup!
I think your system is well thought out. I do have a question, what is the cost of your units and how much inventory would it take to be sold to cover them? I have a larger 20 x 25 but it's mostly for past business and personal items, I currently operate out of a second property I own. I think this information would be helpful for your other viewers. Love your content.
Good to have a business this size out of the house.
You have a fantastic set up Clint, and Becky. I know all about shipping fees, but it's not to bad from the US to Canada. It just depends on how far the package has to travel. I purchase alot from the US. Becky, your rings are beautiful. Clint has very good taste. I hope you both have a great day my friends ❤️🙂⚘️.
I would love to be able to come to your garage sale. Epic.
We have a company called Wet paint printing here in wilksbare PA, and they beat everyones price for shipping, i shipped a wheelchair for 65 bucks to Virginia
This is fascinating, I love that you shared this side of your business with us. Where are all the Funko pop mystery boxes ???
Wow nice system. I just hope to hell I remember where I put it all in the garage and shed lol
good business decision on the storage units, way cheaper than warehouse overhead cost. fun fact i built my racecar in a 10x30 storage unit over 3 years bc i lived in an apartment with no garage.
Would love to see how you track your inventory and sales. I currently have spreadsheets, but seems there may be a better way.
Great video, and your so wonderfully organised, i have been watching you for quite a while now and always enjoy the content, its just a shame i am so far away so cant grab any bargains
Great setup. New to your channel.
lol me and the guy said woooo at the same time!
I live in the uk so shipping makes it not cable to purchase in the USA. Yet shipping from china is cheaper than internal post. Crazy times. The more time you invest in sorting the less time spent searching. Love it. Storage space is reasonable there.

Hi not very tech savvy so direct messaging is not something I am aware of.
I have a box system since I don't have that many shelves, that I take a picture of each item I have, then I label the box with a letter/number designation, and then folders in my desktop computer that also have those letter/number name, and stuff the photos of the items in the boxes, if I move something to another box then I move the photo to the new box's letter/number based folder too :)
Where the magic happens for ebay 😮😎

Thanks for the transparency. One suggestion - when filming it is very distracting and dizzying to have the camera moving around so much.
Add a center isle in that unit. You have plenty of room for growth (shelving).
And the totes are great but you could possibly organize them down more with smaller drawers on shelves.
You guys are awesome wish you shipped to the UK. When I am next out there will certainly come and get some bargains. If you do ship to the UK at some point give me a heads up would love to buy some stuff.
Great video love the system!!

*W@$$UP!!* You guys might already know this but, make sure in your shipping settings are set to combine shipping and it just makes it a whole lot easier. So when you checking out it Ebay will ask you "Would you like Combined Shipping?"
@FranchiseKicks
Жыл бұрын
You can't have the combined shipping setting turned on when hundreds of the items you have for sale are completely different sizes and weights. 9 times out of 10 the seller will lose their butt on the combined shipping when ebay undercharges the buyer. If EVERYTHING the seller has for sale is around the same size and weight then yes, you can have the listing set to combine shipping. We do combine shipping but we do it ourselves after the buyer pays and then we refund the shipping overage from what ebay charged them. That is the best way to do it for us and I have been doing that as a seller for over 20 years on ebay.
Microsoft Lists with a scanner. You can set it up so that when you scan the label if you've had it before it would remember it and you can just add a number to it. I use it for my computer inventory across 6 sites. But I would definitely get a scanner and scan the stuff into a system and you can just compute it to the sites you use to sell.
I can’t get away from how many items u have to shift to cover 2 storage units,, couldn’t u purchase a house where it would be possible to do this, with the price of property today it would seem a better proposition 👍
I use clear plastic totes numbered A1 A2 B1 etc. I like the clear so you can see what is inside.
I sell at markets. Cut out the middle man of using eBay and Amazon. All I have to do is pay the table off which doesn’t take long
I’ve always wondered where u keep all the stuff that u sell from unboxings and how u are able to find stuff in order to ship them. Now I know.
First time watching one of your videos, great and useful information. May I ask where you source from to have such a wide variety of items? Thank you.
Great video! Wondering if you are able to take vacations. Can you pause your listings or how do you handle being away and unable to ship?
Y’all have lights. I don’t have power in mine. 😂
I help my Mother-in-law with her ebay and we often end up using the Calculated Shipping feature so we don't end up losing
WOW WIFE CARRYING FUNKO MAN EXPOSES 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆

Would love to see grocery ones
This was so very interesting. For all of this work and time does it really add up to be worth it for most products at the end of the day? Great video

I started this business by myself when I got out of the Army in 2014 and scaled up it by myself. My wife was able to quit her corporate job and join me in reselling and KZread in late 2019. It takes a lot of work to get where we are today.
What kind of shelf’s do you use in your storage unit? Can you post a link to them? Thanks for the video
That’s how I was until I moved and bought a house with a 1500 sq ft shop. I had 5 storage units. I was still only paying half the money in rent without an electric bill than what a smaller warehouse would cost monthly
