It is impossible to contact eBay by phone in the UK I have never been so frustrated with anything before they are a Brocken outfit 😡

I got banned for no reason the email didn’t give any information hardly, asked eBay for a reason they end the chats & hung up the phone.

I just got suspended on eBay .I don’t know what I did wrong.I wrote in customer support and they tell me that my account got suspended because it it exhibits a risk to eBay and to its community.I asked what I did wrong and they answered: “I am afraid to tell you but we are not allowed to provide additional information regarding your account suspension”.They also told me to use another platform.

So what I think is happening is somebody from ebay somewhere in the top chain is probably fucking the money up and putting other money into other places or people that I think he owes or us. They fixed mine finally but I think you just gotta wait and be patient it blows. But they need too get their money straight for sure

Never bought or sold anything on eBay. Got an email saying I was "permanently suspended because of activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk". The email didn't give an exact reason for the suspension or tell me how to remedy the situation.

Ebay is horrid now. I was suspended because I ended my auction early cause there was an issue with the item I needed to fix. Asked for a credit on the auction and from that, it went bad to worse. They had suspended my account for whatever reason.(They would not say). I really don't know what I did wrong. Hoping that I can just speak to someone and they can get it back.

Just recently my account was suspended a day after I signed up.? It is frustrating when you can't call them to fix the problem immediately. I can't even get a live agent on the chat. Did you fix this? having the same problem ,

eBay is the absolute worst. I have had multiple suspensions and get no clarity for the reasons why, or proof of an accusation like a counterfeit item for example. The restriction I’m currently dealing with, I had to confirm delivery for all open orders which was done. And was told any orders that came through after the suspension would not affect this appeal process. Which of course, it did. I lose a minimum of $1,000 in sales each day and I’m on week two of this one now. So frustrating. It’s always something.

I just wish eBay UK was that easy to get hold of... hadn't even finished setting up my seller account and it got suspended. I'm guessing as I hadn't finished completing my details they weren't able to validate my account. We are UK based company using drop shipping but 3PL way, when order comes in our dashboard, we order, items delivered in our warehouse next day as we using amazon business prime legally, then our 3PL reship to customers within 2 days. Problem is too much listing ( although sales high) difficult to get when amazon price fluctuate & stock update, as its manually! Can we use any software only for update? I just started an ebay account. I did everything by the book. Fresh new email. Hooked it properly to a bank account, everything they required. I had only listed 2 items so far. Woke up the next day but had an appointment to go to. when I got home I checked and saw that I had an offer for one of my listings, also saw that ebay had permanently suspended my account. The email didn't give any reason except that they thought I was a risk to the community. There was no explanation why and no explanation for what I should do. You say twice in your vid to call ebay. That's impossible. There is no number to call . I searched google for numbers and every one that I found was no longer any good. I tried to contact them through chat. That's also impossible. What do I do next?

This sound f**in final to me, NO discussion despite three mails to what I belive is AI-produced answers: "As mentioned previously we have reviewed your account and we are sorry to say that based on the information we currently have on record present a risk to our eBay community as a result eBay have decided that your account will remain indefinitely suspended. We have taken this action out of concern for the safety and integrity of the eBay Community. I can understand that you wish to know the exact reason behind our action in this matter. Although, considering the fact sharing such information may cause in circumvention of our policy we may not be able to share this information. This suspension is permanent. You will not be able to participate in any buying and selling activities on eBay." "In addition, any other accounts that you own, or that are associated with this account, will also be suspended." Got kinda same answer three times only with littel a variation. AI-produced?? I have no recorded activity on this account since at least 2018, so what the f is going on. Seems also this started to happen this spring, seen more suspened mails. Due to a new policy? I have four mails on record from ebay since 2018 and that is the first suspension mail and a few days later the three mails that tells me to stand down in my reasearch of tryin to find out what happend abd why. //Michael

I would suspect the problem maybe that the telephone number on account is out of date, or maybe they called you and you did not pick, yes that does happen. Perhaps, somebody hacked your account to list dodgy items and ebay took them down, could not reach you and closed the account. All plausible, but, if they dont give you a HINT then you are never going to be able to have helpful dialogue that finds a remedy. Maybe ZIK can help ? cheers.

It does say about waiting 3-5 days for a micro transaction to come through then they want me to enter it to confirm the bank account. May have triggered a suspension because I started listing straight away

Ive only been a seller for 4 months i was making good money selling legos then i come home to see a permanent suspention isent 3 emails asking why ive gotten banned but they just repeated the same thing over and over and was absolutely ridiculous, ill make sure to call them tomorrow

thank you for your video! My account had been suspended when I have just started, about a year ago. I guess because I have posted 2 items exceeding the initial limit of 500 dollars (I was not aware of this). They didn't provide me any explanation. Cuz same here I didn’t do anything wrong, just open my eBay account yesterday and said ‘Your account has been restricted because the pattern of activities we have witnessed present a risk to our eBay community.’ It’s crazy. I contacted ebay customer service ( live chat ) several times and inquired about my account but they kept saying it was their final decision so the account has been susupended. They sent me a link to submit document for verification but that didn't help either. What should I do ?

I just got permanent suspension for supposed Abusing Buyer Policy because during this pandemic shoddy sellers have sold items defective or not as described. I always thoroughly documented INAD returns and even cleared them with phone Ebay reps. Imagine my shock now being banned for life. Do you know of any solutions to this???? THanks

I guess my situation is unique that's not covered in this video. Today's activities: 2:03pm: created eBay account 2:14pm: after modifying user name and going through hoops of entering security codes, approveing through email and phone, email comes: "Your account's all up to date!" 2:30pm: before I even had a chance to grab my well-deserved afternoon latte, let alone buying or selling anything, new message arrives: "Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because of activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk." Uhm, WHAT? If I recall correctly, I emptied the dishwasher between 2:14pm and 2:30pm - though I might be off a couple of minutes. :D Last time I checked, that was not considered a dangerous activity. Call with eBay rep: "Well, we can't tell you what it is you did but it might risk our community so we permanently suspended you." Me: "Well, give me something to work with here, love, because I haven't had a chance to do absolutely nothing, no buying, no selling, let alone harming the community." Rep: "Well, sorry, not authorized to share with you the reason of your suspension but you can't use this email address with eBay again." Me: "Awesome, I just purchased this email domain to use with eBay. Am I on a black list? Is it my name? If I create another account, is that going to be suspended, too?" Rep: "We can't share with you any information." This is an f'ing joke.

Which means completely makes no sense! called seller care they stated product I was offering is very high demand product in the market! So what?! They said we cannot disclose any further information!
