you have a great taste dude, because it's your own. I myself never even heard about most of the movies you like, but the way you explained why you like them shows that you really love these movies. My favorite movies are The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Blade Runner, Taxi Driver, Apocalypse Now, and Dr. Strangelove. These are movies that i can watch over and over again and never get tired of them

Ghostbusters (all-time favorite), Pee-wee's Big Adventure, Return of the Living Dead, Bill & Ted, Back to the Future, The Lost Boys.... man, this top-20 video was excellent - anybody who speaks ill of your favorites isn't choosing movies with their heart - they're using their "emulate what's socially acceptable radar" - trying to impress opinionated academics .... THIS list, on the other hand - pure gold!! genuinely awesome!

i love your videos man!!!! im starting my own dvd collection thanks to yoU! i just ordered all of those back to the future movies and it only cost me 7.95 so yeah i just want to say that you are awsome and keep making videos man! abd can you do a video where you are watching some movie? it doesnt have to be a long one butsome movie where you watch like i dont know a horror? comedy? something taht would be cool!

The Bean Movie and Pee Wee's Big Adventure are 2 of my faves too! I always saw it that Pee Wee and Mr. Bean are similar, but Pee Wee's a bit more vocal! Keep up your excellent videos! Who's watching in 2019? 11 years ago I was living in Mission Viejo and going to Orange Coast College. Hah I would have picked 80% of these movies for my BEST list, especially back then.. HOLY SIMILAR. Can't believe you picked The Willie's! We rented that every year as a kid, that and UHF; Everytime I microwave a burrito I think of that little puppy in The Willie's. Bill and Ted, The Witches, Uncle Buck, Ghostbusters are part of me like Inside Out personality islands. Sometimes I use movies to transport me back in time to deal with childhood issues. Trying to get back to Christmas 1989 to deal with Candy Bar vs Princess Shoes issue, this is very important this means something.

Deep characters, great storyline about revenge and beautifully made) Saving Private Ryan (Beautifully made, Sad, Deep characters, Frightening battle scenes) Battle Royale (Just an overall awesome movie. Awesome Battle scenes, Blood (and lots of it), Great storyline and awesome characters. I could watch it all day) Akira (My favorite animated/cartoon film of all time. I watched for the first time when i was 11 years old. It blew my mind and it still does to this day)

@coolduder I applaud you for recognizing the difference between a 'Favorites' list and a 'Best' list. I hate how some movie fans are jaded into thinking that certain acclaimed films have to be included on their list just because they are universally accepted as great films.

You are so right. A favorite movie is a film you can watch over and over and over again and always enjoy it. I think The Godfather is a phenomenal film, but I've only seen it once, therefore, not a favorite movie. I've seen Robin Hood: Men in Tights over a hundred times and love it like I did when I first saw it as a kid. Ergo, a favorite movie. Thanks for putting that out there. I don't understand how you could like Bogus Journey though. To each his own, but I thought it was just awful.
